As we don’t live that close to a warehouse anymore tend to use grocery online. We now don’t buy anything glass or in a tub! Have split peanut butter, marmite and honey tubs in our recent deliveries.... See more

I think Costco Milton Keynes are going to lose a lot of custom in the eating areas they are taking away the tables that you could sit down at to eat your food, now you have to stand to eat, which for older people and people with young children isn’t an option. We like shopping with you and used to enjoy your food , but you are making it very difficult to do that now. Please look after your older customers as we have been with you a long time .

We used to love Costco and went there for family days out because it was so fun to browse the novel foods, cakes, clothing etc.
However, in the last couple of years, the store in Leicester has become a disgrace. It is unclean with packing boxes strewn all over, things are no longer fully stocked and presented nicely, everyone is packed in there like cattle but they still restrict the number of employees at the till who look and act hassled.
The stores in Birmingham and other East/West stores are just as atrocious.
We paid for a nice shopping experience but we no longer have that experience so we will not be renewing our membership. We have nicer experiences at Waitrose and Korean food shops which do not require a membership.
Disappointing.

Has to be the worst it's ever been now. Never enough tills open seems to be everyone can just get a membership these days qué after que, can't even get near the customer service desk. doesn't matter what time you go even with the executive member still full. Won't be renewing this year.

Having been a member of Costco Aberdeen since it opened in the year 2000 I have enjoyed some tremendous service from the company. However the last couple of months the store has declined with large operational shelve filling whilst customers try to negotiate the aisles with lots of forklift trucks and heavy duty operations going on in core operating hours. The store now gives the appearance of being untidy. These comments are directed at Costco and not the staff who are always excellent.

I called Costco Haydock and spoke to a lady called Claire and asked if they had a certain light fitting in stock Claire checked the computer and informed me they were due in but if I give her my number she would check the shop floor and get back to me Claire called me back and informed me none there but she is in tomorrow and will check again and phone me which she did this young lady went above and beyond to help and is a great asset to Costco as excellent customer service is hard to find these days ,,thank you Claire.

UK arm of Costco - Incompetent, terrible customer service. Charge a lot for delivery, then you have to chase to get items delivered. If items are damaged, they just don't bother with delivery. You have to keep calling and ask for updates. I have used the online shop thrice, and twice I have had issues.
Terrible company, and useless customer service. I will not be buying from them again.

Having Costco membership - Internet based - for the last 2 years costing £15 annually, and having auto renewal on my account, i received notification that this years membership was due for renewal. But the notification was missing one small detail - the cost.
Once the membership renewed i received notification that the cost was £42 nearly triple what i'd paid previously. It is also the same amount you'd pay for their "Gold Star Membership" which gives access to Costco Stores.
I've contacted Costco on several occasions concerning reimbursement and cancellation of my account but they refuse to reply.
Warehouse member services, Peter Kelly (Managing Director) and J Peinado (Managing Director's Assistant) have all been notified without the decency of a reply.
Customer services are non existant

My costco online subscription was due to be renewed but I didn't wish to renew it and wanted to cancel my account but of course costco makes it very difficult to do so. My debit card had expired so I thought they wouldn't be able to keep charging me but I was WRONG. They still charged me regardless and it was double the price of previous fees. So bloody cheeky of them. So now I've had to open a charge dispute with my bank.

I am still awaiting my refund for items that I never received, even though I emailed customer service and told them, they advised they would chase up and never got back to me.

After 15 years returned to Costco membership. Bought chairs online. They were delivered without any packaging and one was damaged. I took it straight to local Chingford Costo store as recommended on the returns section. Queued for at least 30 minutes only to be told that it is not on the system as it can take 24 hours - my online receipt was no enough no can do - not even a straight exchange. I then found that the price was quite a bit cheaper in store - though not on a local promotion. Not impressed by my first experience.
Update: To make things worse the costco returns process is a dpd drop off which gives a list of pickup shops. The nearest one had a broken printer so i walked to the next which was another mile away only for them to refuse it as it was too bulky (a flat 80cm square)

The Prescott, AZ Tire Center team are the worst customer service center I've ever had to deal with. Rude, indignant and they just don't care.
New tires, poorly balanced they don't care.

I needed to purchase more than the online limit of a grocery product and obtain a VAT invoice.
Online Customer Services told me to buy from the warehouse. The warehouse then told me to buy online because they cannot issue VAT invoices. Online purchases are limited to four units, so I was sent in circles with no solution.
I wasn't asking for special treatment—I just wanted a clear answer. Instead, neither department took ownership of the issue or explained how a customer is supposed to proceed.
Very disappointing customer service.

Simply trying to renew membership. I have called and left messages as requested, no call backs. I just need to know whether my account has been set up? I cannot access the store website or anything until that is established.
I'm also unable to access my account via the website to renew online. I've changed my password several time and used a different browser. nothing has worked. I finally received an email asking whether to amalgamate my new membership no with the old membership - no response. Payment has been taken immediately though - over a week ago now

I love shopping at Costco and been member since it opened in UK. Their glasses, service is very poor and staff can be rude and not helpful. The new glasses keep getting smudged & dirty and require cleaning too often. the wearer does not wear makeup so what is wrong here? Been wearing glasses since age of 14 and for last 60 years so why getting smudged this time? Costco staff not helpful
