The only caravan that my family and I stay in at Butlins. Cosy, neat and beautifully decorated. The caravan just welcomes you and you don't want to leave. We are always looking forward to our holidays. Ruth is a wonderful hostess. I will always book with her.

Me, my partner and our 3 young children just finished our 4 day stay at this caravan, no complaints whatsoever, beautiful inside and outside of the van, clean on arrival, plenty to do for the children. Close to everything you could ask for, so peaceful overlooking the pond. I would recommend to absolutely everybody it is perfect. Owner of the caravan is an amazing lady, responds to messages in minutes.

Just returned from our second stay in the caravan at Chapel St Leonard’s. Wouldn’t choose any other place to stay now without checking this is available first. It’s situated at the side of the lake and is so peaceful to sit on the veranda. The caravan is so cosy and feels like a home from home. Communication is great by the host with clear instructions via email before you arrive. Can’t wait to return again ☺️

Good communication throughout the booking process and a reasonable price for a short break at Butlins.
Caravan was clean on arrival, in a quiet area and a 10 minute walk from the resort.

Caravan was a lovely size and reasonable price. Nice clean and had everything we needed. Had no issues with owners, polite and quick at responding to anything through emails.

Great communication with the owner. Detailed instructions provided with regards to terms and conditions of stay, collection of keys. Caravan was very clean. WiFi was working perfectly. Very close to local pubs, restaurants, amusement centre. Caravan is located just opposite tennis court and playground. Highly recommended for families. Will definitely come back ❤️

Have stayed a few times & is a lovely caravan, great for families. Has everything you need. Have a few childrens games to use & also pens etc which though lovely. Cleaning bits under sink & found few toilet rolls on arrival which was nice touch.
Caravan is short walk to main Butlins site.

What can I say from start to finish what a amazing experience, As for the caravan truly was a home from home so comfortable and everything there you would need, the kids loved the fact they had there own bathroom and as for the location what more can anyone ask for too wake up too the lake side. Even down too watching the rabbits and ducks on a evening.
Everything and more importantly for the price it's worthwhile, even rebooked again for next year.

We have just arrived after a Friday to Monday stay.
Caravan was immaculate on arrival and and everything we needed!!! Caravan was close to main site, which was great after a long day!! Two bathrooms were a godsend with four girls! We will absolutely be back next year- for longer! Highly recommended!!

absolutely amazing holiday in an amazing caravan! really spacious and so clean, located on a beautiful lake so peaceful, Ruth is so kind and helpful really enjoyed ourself and would highly recommend for any family or couple. Will definitely be returning soon.

We spent 5 days in butlins skegness in a cosy caravan. The caravan was modern and clean and on a well kept site. My kids loved their first time in a caravan. 100% recommend and will definitely be returning. Thank you for a lovely caravan it made our experience better having a home from home

What a brilliant holiday i had with kids, having a lovely modern clean caravan made it more special 10/10 all around, definitely recommend booking. 5 mins walk to all attractions really can't fault it at all.

We stayed in Bankside 27 caravan and it was very dirty on arrival, very disappointed, every surface was sticky and had finger marks on it, the floor was rotten and in between the sofa cushions there was a build up of dirt that had clearly been there for years, we even found a cocktail sausage under one of the beds. Ruth offered to send her cleaner with a couple of cloths which we declined as the problem is much worse than a couple of cloths would solve, this caravan needs a deep clean. The next morning we discovered the shower door was broken, Ruth offered to send someone to fix it, to which I requested that I would like to be there if someone was coming in the van due to having valuables in there, I heard nothing back from Ruth so I messaged her again and the reply I got was shocking, "as you had already HINTED about your stuff going missing I decided against sending someone to fix the shower" I have stayed in many caravans over the years and have never had a problem but this experience has completely put me off hiring from a private owner ever again.
