I got a 26 coticbfe a few year ago and love the bike so much I bought the new 29er bfemax it taken my bike fun and skills to the next level cant thank you guys enough for the help with purchasing and sizing

Loving my custom BFeMAX made to order including some components I supplied. A great bike and service.

Got a bike a few years ago. After loads of free tests rides at the open days.The bike is still brilliant no issues at all. The buying experience was fantastic, they happily answered all of my questions including extremely specific sizing questions. They assembled my full bike from a combination of parts I supplied and parts they supplied without issue.
My next bike will be a cotic for sure.

Customer support 2nd to none, its always a great experience dealing with the team at Cotic. The bikes are brilliant and have a unique ride feel that is totally addictive.

I've got two Cotics bought as frames and built up at home, a Soul 5th gen and an Escapade. I love them both, they ride soo well and are really comfortable bikes to be on. The Escapade gets used for commuting but has been used for dirty reiver and grinduro, it was faultless. The Soul has been used for endurance racing, bike packing and general mountain biking. Also faultless.
I've spoke with Paul several times about sizing and he's always been happy to help with great advice. Sam the demo man is another joy to deal with. I can't wait to come and see the new premises. Thank you Cotic for the amazing bikes and many happy, enjoyable rides and adventures!

I've two cotics, an original 26 BFE from way back and a FlareMAX.

Customer service is spot on, always happy to help and advise. Plus the demo days are brilliant if you are thinking about a cotic. I was able to ride my local trails at the Golfie, which is when I was convinced to get the 29er.

I have a Not-So-Secret crush on Cotic Bikes. Before making a decision to purchase my SolarisMax, Cy and the team at Cotic were extremly helpful, informative, and went the extra mile to answer questions about the bike, parts spec, and international order process. My SolarisMax hands-down is the best mountain bike I have owned. I live in northern Colorado and ride a wide variety of trails. On long climbs at altitude, ripping through alpine, or negotiating the really chewy stuff, this bike shines! If this bike had a wallet, there would be "Bad MoFo" embossed on the side of it.

Cotic make quality and innovative bikes. The "Sunday" bike I bought from Cotic 10 years ago is still going strong but always severely tempted to buy another. The high level of customer service and connection separates Cotic from all other bike sellers. Boss man Cy leads from the front, his boundless energy drives the company forward but still keeps past customers like me fully engaged. No hesitation in recommending.

What a fantastic company. Every communication I've had with them ordering my bike (Cotic Escapade) has been dealt with quickly and with clear knowledge and expertise. They were able to create an amazing custom build helping source parts and suggesting if I should buy bits elsewhere if I could get them quicker or cheaper. They clearly want you to get the best bike made at the best price. I couldn't be happier.
The bike is also awesome. Gravel, bikepacking and commuting. It's become my go to bike.

Brilliant after service and fantastic bikes, probably the best bike I've ever owned. In fact, the bike was that amazing that someone broke into my house and stole it! I mean, I don't blame them, it was a beautiful bike. But, if you're the one who stole it and are reading this, can I please have my bike back?

The buying process was very smooth and straightforward and the frame shipped to me in California very quickly. It was well packaged and i was able to assemble it into a complete bike without any issues.

Great company to deal with. From first contact on the phone, then visiting twice to ride 27.5s and 29sthey were extremely helpful. And then the bike build was completed quickly. I picked the up and Cy was on hand to help me set the bike up before I took it away. Since then the bike has performed brilliantly. I have to say this was July 2019 but I regularly meet fellow Cotic riders and we all share the same experiences.

Cotic design and build quality steel framed rides that have handling that suits me (and many of my riding buddies) perfectly.

I have a 2018 BFe 26er and a new Jeht and they are both a pleasure to ride whether that is smashing round a pump track on the BFe or a big day out in the Peak District on Jeht.

The customer service that comes with this is also phenomenal and the ability to ring up and get support/advice/parts for the 2018 bike still is a serious credit to the company.

My relationship with Cotic all started with the purchase of the Soul frame many years ago. A absolute joy to ride and it suited my style so well. Purchased the bFe frame as well back then. A more aggressive approach for sure. I quickly purchased a full build Escapdae for commuting to work, meetings and making deliveries. It’s still on the road and gravel going strong. Still making weekly commutes as well as overnight camps and 100 mile trips to the North of Ireland from my home town in Carrickfergus. I am also the owner of a SolarisMAX and FlareMAX. Both full build purchases from Cotic. The SolarisMAX is my go to, do it all mountain bike. It climbs really well and I keep up with the guys on their full sus bikes no problem. I was first drawn to the minimal no fuss approach of Cotic, soon to realise that nothing rides quite like steel.

Cotic is a small U.K. company that provides a good selection of bikes and after market help, with plenty of advice straight from the people that build the bikes.
I purchased my bike after riding a cotic flare on a demo day. I try to make all their members rides. Including the women of steel group rides.
It feels more like a family than a company.

My Cotic journey started with a Soul in 2010 and am now on a Rocket in 2018.

The Soul has seen use by all the family and is still running with no issues.

The Rocket was customised on build by the Cotic team, allowing me to have my dream specification with SRAM, Cane Creek and Hope parts.

Great service from a British company, with friendly helpful staff.

I bought my Cotic Escapade gravel bike in March 23. It's a 2016 bike but the frame and forks are still in great condition and I love it. I nearly bought a new budget aluminium gravel bike and am glad I didn't. Even though it's older my Escapade is better and well worth upgrading with new components. So if you buy a Cotic, new or 2nd hand, make sure you choose well because the bike will last you a long time .
