Diabolical company to buy from!! I wanted a chair from the company store in Canterbury it was ex display BUT WOULD NOT DELIVER SO TO GET A MAN WITH A VAN I would of ended up paying the full price although the assistant were polite and helpful there was no way around it I even offered to pay for delivery ANYONE OUT THERE DONT BITHER BETTER OFF AT JOHN LEWIS AT LEAST YOU KNOW AND GET WHST YOU PAY FOR

All good, didn't have the chair we wanted in store but staff were very helpful and we were able to see the fabric on another chair. ordered online later but wouldn't have if we hadn't seen the quality at the store.

The furniture from Cotswold Co is always brilliant, we just find ourselves collecting bits over time as we always come back. We just had a new armchair and cushion delivered and love it, but want to particularly show appreciation for Gary and Patrick who delivered it. They went above and beyond to ensure my armchair could be delivered safely. And when I say ‘above and beyond’ I mean literally, as they had to carry it above and beyond my neighbours fence to get it into my house. Thanks so much!

Love this company we visited the showroom in Bath 2nd Jan and spoke to a lovely assistant called Nancy she was very helpful but not pushy and sent us a quote online and gave us colour samples to takeaway, we subsequently made a purchase online.
Our furniture was delivered on 22nd Jan the delivery guys Morgan and Mike unpacked everything before placing it all into the room of our choice making sure that it’s placement etc. was fine, all packaging was removed and taken away.
We are really happy with our purchase it is good quality and very substantial we will be buying again from this company and would recommend.

Gary and Jake unpackaged item, took packing away and carefully carried it upstairs and set it up. They were extremely helpful, very polite and friendly. Thank you so much for a great service.

We had a great experience in the Bath store. The staff were friendly and welcoming on our arrival. We were looking for the Berkley Nordic Oak chest of drawers as I had contacted customer service earlier in the week and was informed the drawers were on display in Bath. Unfortunately they were not on display, which was disappointing, but Lily was very helpful showing us a similar unit so we could understand the quality, materials and key benefits. She helped us place our order in-store and also gave us the option to add to our order over the phone in the following days for an additional item we were considering.

Very pleased with the whole experience of purchasing abd receiving a beautifully made sideboard. Delivery was as scheduled and I must give immense credit to the delivery guys Gary and Jake. They were so polite and took all the packaging off the product before bringing it into my bungalow lounge. They also took all the packaging away with them. First class service throughout.

After much research, we settled on a double desk from Cotswold Co. A solid, beautifully proportioned and stylish piece of furniture.
Delivery was also excellent- Gary and Jake arrived at the stated time, were friendly, careful and painstaking .

We are delighted with the sofa which has proved to be very comfortable. What enhanced our appreciation was the helpful, friendly and efficient delivery by Earle and Matt D.

Great chest of draws, for the bedroom, to fill a gap. Well made and lovely looking.

We had our Cotswold delivery on the 2nd January, really pleased with the service provided and both delivery drivers were excellent. We had a damaged piece of furniture that was reported and a new one will delivered today 9/01/26 . Delivery Driver 1 Gary & lan P both excellent.

Ordered a large book case on Boxing Day and was delivered promptly within a week - Earle and Matt D were friendly, clean and tidy and delivered furniture into position in room of choice.

Excellent customer service both in store (Bath) and from the expert delivery drivers Matt D and Earle. We were kept informed of the whereabouts of our furniture and what time the delivery would be. Furniture was unpacked, and all rubbish taken away. Matt and Earle were very polite and personable and put the furniture in the room exactly where we wanted. Thankyou Cotswold company we will be back for more!

Great delivery, had a text the day before to confirm the 3 hour delivery slot, then on the day had another text to confirm they were on their way. Gary and Jake were very polite and efficient putting our table together, definitely worth the £15. Our new Chester extendable table looks fab!
