We have been looking for two sofa’s and a dinning room table for a few weeks. We have visited several providers and two Cotswold Company stores. Having made our decision to buy a Hurley 3 seater and Hurley small 2 seater we were served by Robert who made the ordering process painless and straight forward. Delivery arranged and on course.

Helen was amazing… incredible customer service
Helen was amazing. She helped us no end and gave such fantastic advice about how we should design our room and important things to consider. She knew the product range at The Cotswold Company in detail and guided us through the showroom. Too often in stores any purchases are just transactional but with Helen this wand true case. She cared and provided exceptional customer service. A true asset to the business and the reason we spent a considerable amount of money purchasing new sofas. Thank you Helen!

Excellent customer service both prior to visit and during. Was able to see pieces we wanted to without any high pressure sales. Staff available when needed. Double checked order details and price, was able to apply online discount to order in store.
