We visited the Godalming Showroom and we were served by James who we found to be very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. James was a great help to us in making a decision on our purchase of furniture. We found the whole experience enjoyable and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend James and the Godalming Showroom to anyone.

They handled all of our furniture with great care, were friendly and professional throughout, and managed to get a large amount of furniture up some very tricky stairs without any issues. Tyrell and Morgan delivered and assembled our table and chairs efficiently. They were pleasant to deal with. Excellent reps for Cotswold. They were great!

The lady that served me was very informative and did not rush me in my choice of furniture. Both the lady and all staff in the shop were very nice and in-fact it was such a very nice and pleasant experience and I would most definitely recommend the the beautiful Godalming shop to friends and family.

I recently visited the Bath store where I spoke with a number of staff, they were all very welcoming and happy to help. The customer service overall was excellent, I would absolutely recommend the store to friends- the staff made me feel right at home!
I would especially like to mention Lily who offered me some really good advice. I was struggling to decide which sofa and armchairs to choose for my front room, she was patient, professional and very knowledgeable.

Both Kyle M and Matt S put together a wardrobe in about 20 mins including getting the parts upstairs to the final location. Helpful, professional and courteous these 2 Cotswold Company employees were a great credit to their Company. We would have them back anytime!

We have visited the shop first as we were after country / cottage style furniture for our hallway. Then I have ordered online. Four stars because our first order had to be cancelled due to delivery issues on one item mean everything else will be delayed. With that in mind, we put a second order and all went well on that one. Nicely packed, very good quality furniture. Happy with the products and will purchase again.

Visited the Godalming store today. Was so impressed by how friendly and helpful all the staff are. Everyone had big smiles and were enthusiastic to help, a lovely vibe. Came out with some gorgeous soft furnishings and am super grateful for the interiors ideas…looks fabulous. Lovely stock generally. Made me want to shop in store more.

From ordering in the Godalming Store to my delivery on Monday this week, the process has been so easy.
We were furnishing an entire house, so I paid for the assembly service and to have packaging removed.
Gary and Mark arrived promptly and were cheerful and professional from start to finish. They worked methodically and carefully, inspecting the furniture as they put it together. This meant that a damaged bed head was photographed and reported immediately by Gary and a replacement ordered on the spot.
All the packaging was removed and Gary and Mark were respectful of the property, leaving everything tidy.
The only thing that was missing was a lamp shade which was on the wrong van,but again they reported it immediately. That evening, the driver who had the missing lamp shade diverted via my house with the missing item so the order was complete.
The furniture is beautiful and really makes the house a home.
This is the best service that I have had from a company. Thank you to everyone at Cotswold Company.

Tyrell and Brett delivered and assembled my new bed and matress - I was sent a message saying they would be arriving early which was useful. They were very nice, were quick to assemble everything and took away all the rubbish, so were great to deal with, thank you!

Lovely furniture, good quality. Love the showroom in Godalming - staff were very helpful. Happy with delivery drivers Earle and Morgan who delivered, unpacked and positioned the furniture as requested. Happy overall with my purchase!
