The friendly and helpful staff in all my recent transactions made shopping at The Cotswold Company a pleasure. Notably Jackie, who gave me a considerable amount of her time and expert advice when matching cushions and throws to the two new sofas I’d bought from the shop recently. She showed me different combinations of size, pattern and texture, which I wouldn’t have thought of myself, and I’m delighted with my final purchases which really enhance the sofas. I very much appreciated her design advice. Thank you.

Lisa and her colleague were excellent. Very attentive, understanding and patient.

The only downside, is that the company don’t take American Express in store, which is unfortunate.

Lisa Ann, was a knowledgeable and personable sales lady. She knew the stock and she made sure we got price match deals with John Lewis as appropriate.
The proof of Cotswold will be in the delivery and quality of the product, but the sales delivery was first class.

Matt H and Adam delivered and assembled a wardrobe for me. They were polite and careful with my property. They kept me informed of what was happening and made a great job of assembling it and putting in the right place. All the rubbish was cleared away. It was a speedy and easy process.

Good products need to work on delivery company

Easy to order online, friendly staff in store. Delivery was quick, having just moved we have had a lot of deliveries so can compare service. Charlie and Matt were the best delivery guys we had , friendly, helpful and careful.

Verity was very clear, friendly and helpful!
I rang to query something and she made the buying process very easy for me! Verity very kindly provided her telephone number in case I needed it which i did and then she was able to amend my order swiftly and I even had an email to confirm. Excellent service!

The delivery team were very helpful and made getting the table and chairs into the house effortless.

The table and chairs themselves are excellent quality and very easy to use. The extension mechanism on the table is very smooth and we are delighted with the look of them.

Bed was delivered and installed. Despite some doubts it was also moved into the correct place.

I always purchase from Farncombe store or online. Staff are knowledgable about the stock availability.
The bed linen is beautifully soft and luxurious.
Various sizes of units for furniture, staff are always happy to order the items online if required.
