Wasn’t happy with the delivery. Was expecting the furniture to be unpacked and taken away. With a bad back found this very difficult.

We visited the showroom and after letting us have a good look around Liam your salesman came to offer advice.
He showed us the type of wood and designs we could have in that range and prices.
Nearly 100 percent sure we went home to check measurements. Then rang with our order.
We were kept updated with delivery details. The delivery men were very helpful and unpacked, assembled and left everything set up and in place.
They took away all the packaging.
We have purchased Cotswold bedroom furniture a few years ago and now have a lovely dining room too.

Excellent service and staff welcoming. Only minor issue was that we had to wait a while to be served but we could sit whilst waiting. Staff acknowledged our long wait and apologised. Overall a good experience.

We bought a sideboard from the Cotswold company a few years and other furniture.
Just recently the handles have become tarnished so we contacted customer services to ask if we could replace the handles as they are a certain size! They weren’t any help at all!!!

Every time I’ve ordered things have gone well, with minimum fuss and good quality products.

Repeat customer, always my 'go to' place when looking for quality furniture. They always seem to have what I am looking for. Customer Services are professional in updating on progress of order if items are not in stock and often arrive before estimated date. Items very well made, packed well, never had any defects, delivered by efficient and courteous people. My only gripe is that after spending over £500 on each item you are then charged a delivery fee irrelevant of what you spend.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant when making our furniture purchases but had given us time to browse and look at the items on our own when first entering the store. This made for an enjoyable shopping experience.

Young man in the sales room was very helpful and friendly. He demonstrated how the extending table mechanism worked and offered to measure each piece of furniture to ensure it would fit where we intended to situate it. The showroom was welcoming and well set out.

We were undertaking an extensive renovation, and we had our hearts set on a high end furniture company, but they misled us, so we went to the Cotswold Company in Harrogate. The minute we walked in, they made us feel welcome, and gave us advise and understood what we were looking for. We placed our order in the summer, and ordered a substantial order with them (3 sofas, dining table and chairs for 8, a bed, 3 island stools, a mattress, a foot stool and a rug) Attentive staff, and the manager was so helpful to get our order ready and delivered in time for us to move in.
Rich and Ant who delivered and installed the furniture were helpful and nothing was too much trouble, everything was perfectly delivered and the attention to care throughout the whole process was amazing. I couldn't recommend The Cotswold Company enough.
Any additional furniture we will be back.
oh btw they even offer there own insurance for any upholstery mishaps and that covers any issues and will send somebody out to clean the upholstery within 48 hours.
That's what you call peace of mind.

I went into the Harrogate store looking for a console table, unfortunately I didn't find a suitable one.
To my surprise I did find some throws and cushions to go in a new room which has a new bed settee the same color as a settee on show in Harrogate store and the staff were extremely helpful and ordered the items on line for me and made arrangements for them to be delivered to my home in Anglesey , North Wales.

I loved the lay out and how spacious it was. The staff were polite and very helpful. The sale was very confusing as labels were on items not in the sale. Full price and sale price weren’t very clear. In some cases only the sale price.

Great service at the Harrogate branch. We wanted to place a large order so wanted to go through it carefully. Hannah was very friendly and the service wasn’t rushed so I was happy that everything had been ordered correctly. Not long to wait for it to arrive either!
