The furniture (table) was delivered within 15 minutes of the estimated time. Jemaine & Chris unboxed/unwrapped the table and put it in place. Great service.

Delivered on time by Rich and Vasco who were friendly and very efficient . Everything unpacked and packing taken away. Very pleased with the quality of both products and service.

Ordered the filing cabinet through the new Knutsford store. Very friendly, helpful staff. Delivery time was met and delivery people very informative, respectful and friendly.
The unit is perfect and very well made.

The sales assistant Sylvia absolutely amazing and went out of her way to help us with our order.
The product was showing online with fabric pictures photos but I was unable to order due to the fabric being discontinued although product was still advertised as available.
Sylvia went out of her way to ensure the product was sourced and we were then able to complete the order process.

Kate was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Purchase was straightforward and delivery date confirmed. It would have been most useful though to be advised that we could request product assembly. The delivery team told us this was an option. We appreciate that this would have come at a cost but probably worth it as it was certainly a two person job.

From the moment we walked in the store Brian was extremely helpful without being overbearing. Nothing was too much trouble and the advice we received was very much appreciated.

I visited the Knutsford showroom and spoke to a lady called Sara who was very informative. Unfortunately when I called back to order a sofa I spoke to a lady called Kate who did not seem to know how to handle an order for a customer,was very brusque on the phone and eventually I put down the phone as she said she had to consult someone to check the order process-this was for the 3rd time !!
