I heard very disturbing transmission sounds. They discovered no leaks. The fluid level was extremely low. They changed the fluid. They told me they suspected it had not been properly addressed previously.

When I had my car towed to Cottmans KC, I had several repairs that needed to be compleated. Within a few days, I received notification that my car was ready for pickup.

We were having problems with our vehicle and our
mechanic wasn't sure what the problem was so we took it to Cottman. It took a short time and we were contacted by Kevin with the problem. He provided us with three options to repair the car. We were impressed with Kevin, his knowledge, honesty and the shop. We will return for other maintenance.

I appreciate how quickly the problem was diagnosed and then how quickly it was fixed.explained everything to me with patience. I definitely felt safe when I got to back in my truck!!!!!

Why go anywhere else when Cottman Transmission on Wornall if the best place to go.

The staff was very freindly and very knolageable. Unfortunally in this crazy world money is tight and went with the lowest estimate.

Kevin at Cottman was very professional and helpful.

Saved my car when the other guys said it couldn't be done. Hooked me up with a new tranny at close to cost. I will never take my ride anywhere else. It's worth the trip to take your car here.

Friendly worker, quick service

Transmission required some major repairs. They performed the necessary repairs in a timely manner. Afterwards, we experienced a few problems. Cottman stayed with me on these, and treated me with respect and intelligence. They resolved these issues quickly and politely. In my mind, they went out of their way to ensure proper operation of my transmission.
I would highly recommend this location, and I again thank Kevin for his dedication to standing behind his services. Honesty and professionalism come at a premium nowadays.
