Monday afternoon I ordered a brother trolly bag and a few more accessories, it was free delivery so I wasn’t expecting it to arrive for a few days, however I was quite taken back as I got an email to say it’s going to be delivered tomorrow.
Less than 24 hours and it was on my doorstep, that’s what you call a service.
Couldn’t thank the enough 😊

We’re sorry for the delay you experienced. Royal Mail unfortunately misplaced a mail sack at their depot, which affected some parcels dispatched on Monday 26th January. The issue was quickly resolved once identified, and all affected orders were subsequently delivered.
We did confirm this with you via email at the time, but we appreciate how frustrating delivery delays can be and apologise for the inconvenience caused.
