I telephoned yesterday morning because I wanted to go myself to buy the Brother SDX2250 Scan 'n Cut, rather than having it delivered. The ladies were all lovely when I went in and asked what I needed, and I was told that everything was already included in the bundle package I purchased. I was even told that if I needed to know anything to telephone they are always there to help. I did telephone because I couldn't register something in the end, and we worked it out together. I already told them yesterday that I will be taking it there for servicing, etc.
