I also had the misfortune to witness, quite frankly, dangerous driving from one of the recycling trucks on the M25 (26/3/26 approx 8.30am just before M20/junc3). They were so very close to the car in front! Appalling driving!!

Crappy customer service after one of their lorries ejected a piece of debris and smashed my windscreen. Even though I have photo of the offending vehicle and it's GPS location on the day, the company denies the lorry was where I said it was. Blatantly lied to me to accept responsibility.

Great service that came highly recommend from neighbouring businesses and I can now see why. A very efficient and reliable service with great customer support from Steven Nunney
I wish we had switched a long time ago

this year we have switched over to country style after a marjority of our high street already used them and recieved great service from the company and a fab deal and service with steven nunney making sure all ran smoothly with our switch over and giving us a great price, wish we had been able to change over much sooner
our collections have all run very smoothly and we highly recommend

Country style have done numerous jobs for us over the last year, and we have several ongoing repeat operations with them. Their large and varied fleet of vehicles means they have the flexibility to cope with the varying loads we have. Steve Nunney looks after our business on a day to day basis and is always available to assist and advise if there is an issue.

Steve came round to see us and the transition from our old provider to Countrystyle was easy and effortless. So far so good and no complaints at all!

We have had Countrystyle collect waste for us for over 5 years now. Their prices are competitive and you get a good service. They operate a recycling factory and no waste goes to landfill which is great for the environment. Waste collections aren't an exact science but what I like about Countrystyle is that if it goes wrong they contact you. Overall, they are a great firm to deal with and I'm happy to recommend them.

the worst company for customer service going! Loyalty means nothing!
Been with them for approx 10 yrs with our different companies. Missed a direct debit for £79 and they stopped the collection (our other account however was in credit due to them failing to cancel and adjust the amount being taken for 3 bins)!
Excuses from drivers they cant get through to us to collect! fail to show any proof when called out for it!
To top it all, we cancelled both contracts! they have taken the wrong bin away and left one here full of rubbish which the account runs until the end of the month!
So they have no idea who is doing what or simply(and I prefer the latter!) do not care!

This must be one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with aggressive underhanded thieving bar ——— take your money even though you don’t owe them a penny and then tell you they’re gonna take two weeks to give you it back even though your contract with them has been ended for the last two months do not use these people

Unfortunately, Countrystyle have been awarded the waste and recycling contract for Bexley. I thought Serco were bad but this lot are even worse. They leave the road looking like a war zone with bins everywhere. They purposely leave food waste bins upside down on the pavement, not just mine but every neighbour I could see. Today they have only half emptied my non recycling bin. If the waste was compacted in the bin I could understand but it's loose carrier bags full of dry waste. They have also only just returned from a strike after recently taking on the contract. Terrible service and a waste of council tax payers money.

Disgusted find out that they clear MBR acres puppy breeding for lab testing...shame on you!!!!!
