Easy to order, lightning fast dispatch and item was exactly as described. I would definitely order from this company again.

Very poor service and communication from this company ordered a tiny screw which with P&P was £11.50 which was expensive for something I would have imagined cost Penny’s. It never arrived and tried to blame me for not paying more for recorded delivery. I’m sure it’s on them to offer to send another out but they never replied to my reply to them so I have to ask for my money back off PayPal . I’ve shopped here many times before while restoring air guns they have now lost my custom for being so dismissive of the part never arriving and trying to put it down to not paying extra for recorded delivery I suspect it was never posted in the first place. I’m very disappointed with the treatment they gave me. They won’t get my custom after this.

Ordered an air rifle online for me to collect from Countryway Gunshop. I 'm not far away from them so drove straight there to collect it. It turned out that the rifle I had ordered and paid for wasn't in stock so instead of sending me away empty handed they offered me a different rifle, more expensive but didn't charge me the extra. They even fitted and set the sights for me and advised me what pellets were best for my needs.
Fantastic customer services, will definately go there for my future needs and send friends there. Very happy customer.

Ordered the Reximex Mito S, after having a look online for the best prices discovered Countryway Gunshop, the price was almost too good to be true, put in my order and had some issues with my local RDF but every time I call the guys and gals over at Countryway to find out what was going on they couldn't have been more helpful! I ordered a hawk scope on line and some mounts by phone because I had a query about the mounts. Ordered Thursday at 1 pm. Delivered Friday at 12 o'clock. The scope was the best price I could find on the net. The items were packed well. Amazon sling them in a box with a bit of screwed up paper and the items rattle around in the box. This scope was packed in an outer box of just the right size with some good shock absorbing packing all round. The only way this could be damaged in transit was to be run over by a truck. Nothing is more annoying than to receive a damaged parcel. Definately a 5 star company.

Scope was £ 20 less here than other sellers are wanting on fleabay. All arrived in 48hrs. Perfect products, properly packed, great prices and fast delivery. Countryway will now be my first call. Also huge range of products.
