Ordered a scope from Countryway. Far cheaper than it was on sale for at other well known shops. Arrived within a couple of days of placing the order. Very well packaged as well

Extremely well packaged with bubble wrap in a good Jiffy bag so no chance of contents getting damaged. = 5 Stars.

After asking several questions and receiving knowledge answers and advice, I placed my order. A while later I phoned again to add to the order. Nothing was too much trouble.

I’ve only dealt with Countryman Gunshop this one time and judging by my experience they are a top notch outfit.

Excellent customer service, they responded immediately to my email and sorted the problem the next day

Bought two tins of pellets from this company, received an email saying that they were the last two tins and sent them out but slight damage as the last two in stock. Well having received the tins there interpretation of slight damage was an understatement, one of the tins was caved in on one side..... In the email they sent they did say any damaged pellets they would replace, however who wants that hassle over pellets! In hindsight the company shouldn’t have sent the tins out as I could have re ordered them from numerous suppliers but chose Countryway. Will not order from this company again, the person that packaged these and sent out does not understand quality control. How would they have felt if they’d have ordered them and received them!!!! Maybe an explanation would be forthcoming!

Quick delivery in these circumstances very please with the product. Would most definite order again from this shop
