My London order went to Las Vegas first then they hit me with hidden shipping charges. Terrible customer service.
This company has hidden shipping charges to the UK. They charge you shipping including taxes up front then get DHL to ship to Las Vegas first by accident then London. I got hit for an extra £88 invoice from DHL despite me cancelling the order. I wrote to them 5 times and they only replied at first with no explanation for the hidden shipping charges. Never use them again and poor customer service. Will go legal on them as they fraudently charged me shipping but did not pay DHL.

It is a scam
It is a scam! Do not buy from here. They send over random dresses. You cannot return any and they overcharge you and end up paying double.
They responded by saying they could do a return and wanted 20% restocking fee plus doing the return label individually. I left a review and their response was if you delete the review we will reduce is to 15% restocking fees. They buy out their bad reviews.

Be careful returns are store credit only, something, at least in their stores, they neglect to mention!!!
Mail order "may be the same" i dont know, but pretty sh* tty to find this out after you've purchased and no warning from cashier OR a sign.

Terrible company
Terrible company- Very, very dishonest. Ordered a dress, received & it was too small. Attempted within 4 hours of receiving to return or exchange. They refused to allow either. It wasn’t on sale, it wasn’t a final sale & no where did it say it was not returnable. Then they offered a 10% rebate. I said yes since that was all I was going to get from them. Then they came back & said “if there is a 1-star review”, they will retract the rebate offer. There are lots of poor reviews online & on social media. Seems many people have had similar experience with them. Deceptive business practices.

I ordered with a coupon code that…
I ordered with a coupon code that showed valid right up to the point before submitting the order. It reflected a lower price (including the coupon), however, when I hit Pay the coupon went away and I was charged for the full amount.
I immediately called the company and was told they would forward to another department. I requested either they honor the code or cancel the order. Mind you, this was within their 4 hour cancellation policy.
I never received a cancellation email and they charged me in full.

I ordered a dress for my daughter. After receiving it she decided she didn’t like it. We promptly requested a return and shipped it back. Couture Candy worked with us to return the item and we agreed upon a 15% restocking fee and then refund to the original payment method. This was satisfactory for both of us.
