Do NOT Buy from this company. No Refunds.

The photo of the dress looked great. I was excited. It arrived and was hemmed together oddly. Too broad at the hips, gaps, to small on the top and frankly did not look like a $700 dress. Less than 24 hours requested an RMA and paid for UPS Next Day to get it back (100% refund if it arrived in 5 days, they keep 20% if it's not back in 14 days). I requested a REFUND and received a STORE CREDIT after 10 days. They shared the Return Policy BUT these are NOT custom dresses and this is the ONLY company I have ever shopped at that refuses to refund your money even after you pay for your own shipping label to get it back in 5 days or less.

If I could give 0 stars I would the…

If I could give 0 stars I would the return process has been a nightmare my dress came damaged and stained. It’s been over 7 days to get the return information and I still don’t have it. I tried one more time to order a dress. I accidentally ordered it in the wrong size so I had to cancel that request. I was told the money would be in my account four hours after calling them that same day I ordered it but when I called the bank, they told me that the funds have a hold on them for seven days. I do not trust this company. Their return policy is absolutely absurd. They only give you a store credit and after my experience with them and the first dress being damaged, I don’t trust them to order from them again and I lost out on a good amount of money because they only give store credit for returns.

Refusing refund for order THEY cancelled

Run. Run far away from Couture Candy. Horrible service. They cancelled order because the dress ordered was no longer in stock; OK. But now refusing to refund. I opened a PayPal claim and they are disputing my claim. Not sure what there is to dispute since they cancelled the order. If 0 stars was an option, that’s what they deserve.

Horrible company

Horrible company. Do not order from this website. Their exchange and return policy is hidden and not well described. I bought a dress few days ago, order arrived but it was small. I called them to exchange the dress they did not give me any options. They told me dress is final sale. When I ordered the dress it did not state that is final sale. I asked for supervisor and escalation team, no one came on the line to talk to. Horrible customer service. Now that I see the reviews, I do see a lot of complaints. The lady over the phone told me she can give me 10% refund as an exception for being first time customer. I did not agree then she went back talked to her team, she came back told me we can give you 15% refund. I told her I'm not negotiating here. If your supervisor is able to do one time exception, they can issue me a refund for good will. She said no. I want my full refund and I would never come back and order from this website. People do not order from this website.

Please do not order a dress from this company. Please read the reviews as I failed to before ordering. All the negative reviews are true! They will take your money, scam you, and send you a different dress that is not pictured. Once you receive the dress and email customer service they will ask you to send numerous pictures and offer you a 20% refund to keep the dress if you don’t take that offer they will then offer you a 10% refund. I distribute the charge with my financial institution to get reimbursed.

Fraud/Scam/Misleading Return Policy

If you buy anything here, just understand that you can not return it and it is most likely defective. I purchased a dress here for my daughter, i (a professional seamstress) took her measurements and placed an order for a dress that if anything....would have been too big for her. The measurements of the dress and the measurements listed on the site are completely different. they were off nearly 3 inches in all areas. I submitted a request to return it immediately upon receiving it. and was told that the item did not fall in their return policy because it was on sale. no where when purchasing it did it say this item fell under "final sale" and the return information said there were easy returns within 5 days of receipt. That was all. Complete rip off .

Zero return policy

Zero return policy. I the days of online shopping, you really need to read the fine print. The policy states they are glad to accept returns and want to make customers happy. Reality is everything is "on sale" and nothing is returnable, or exchangeable. I will never do business with such a company that is all about money and not about keeping customers.

If I could give this company a ZERO +++…

If I could give this company a ZERO +++ I would do so — after ordering/receiving a dress for OVER SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS which DID NOT FIT, I reached out to the company and was told I literally needed to JUMP THRU HOOPS to send it back (the dress still had ALL TAGS & PACKAGING attached) —- I did as I was instructed BUT BECAUSE I MADE ONE ERROR re: sending them the wrong FEDEX pic they required they REFUSED to refund me ANY MONEY!!!!! I even offered for them to take 20% penalty off and they said NO!!!!!!! RUN, RUN, RUN from ordering ANYTHING from this company as quickly as possible, order NOTHING from them EVER!!!!!! I was trying to find a dress for my daughters wedding and am now out of pocket an OBSCENE AMOUNT OF MONEY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE

I wish I could this company a negative…

I wish I could this company a negative rating. DO NOT order from them. They have rapacious, usurious and unfriendly business practices. I ordered an over $1200 dress and was told it would arrive within 16 days. I had an event they knew about and they assured me the delivery would be on time. It took 19 days. The event was missed, the dress was useless. I then said I needed to return it and they proceeded to tell me they processed within their internal processing and that international shipping was not their fault. Well then why publish the shipping table at all! Unfair people. I did not want their store credit as I felt it was good money after bad. They said I did no qualify for a cash back because they processed within their timetable even though the shipment was delayed by 3 days. So they gave me a cashback in then end but then took off 20% for restocking!!! What a scam! DO NOT touch this company. It took more than a month of negotiating just for them to give me 80% of my money back and they deduct their own shipping fee and I of course had to pay for the shipping back.
