Exchanged some excess Japanese Yen from our holiday and the buy-back rate was very competitive compared to the Post Office where we bought them. Julianna and Rebecca were exceptionally helpful and professional on the phone with a query I had about the website and in person when we brought in the currency. Overall, a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to recommend them and use them again.

I bought Thai Currency from Covent Garden FX website on Saturday 14th and received the currency on Wednesday 16th via Royal Mail signed postage with no issues, been exchangoing money with them for years as they do the best rates around fully recommend.

Experience was very efficient and served with a smile. Juliana was helpful and very professional. We will definitely be back when we need some currrency.

Have used these guys for over 10 years and they usually have the best or near the best rates for the smaller - family type needs for exchange rates. Had an issue - think it was IT related but wow did Juliana fix the problem and some. Good customer service is doing what you say you are going do. Great customer service is resolving issues and making the customer happy. These guys are good and Juliana is great, a star. This company is Very helpful, great personality and always delivers on there commitments.
