I ordered 9m of Planed All Round (PAR)…
I ordered 9m of Planed All Round (PAR) American White Oak 25 x 125mm SKU: 63684. It arrived with ends not cut square and each plank ended up measuring at 2.8m leaving me 600mm short overall. This was after confirmation on the phone that they could provide 3 x 3m lengths.

Would be nice if customers could be advised of a morning or afternoon delivery slot. I booked the day off because I was advised that the delivery would be between 8.00am - 4.30pm which I was happy with because you had told me. It would have been better if I only had to book half a day off! Nevertheless great service with very helpful delivery man. Thank you.

Thank you for your review and I’m sorry for the lack of clear updates regarding your delivery.
I appreciate how frustrating it is when you’re waiting on materials and don’t have a confirmed timeline.
Having looked into this, the items did need to be sourced from other depots, which unfortunately caused a delay. The delivery was then completed on Thursday once everything arrived at the branch.
That said, we should have kept you better informed along the way, and I’m sorry that didn’t happen on this occasion. We’re feeding this back to the team to ensure communication is clearer in future.

Called but didn't leave a message at…
Called but didn't leave a message at 8.51 and 8.56. I don't call every missed number back due to scams! Says they tried to deliver twice but this is not true as no further calls and was in from 9am all day! Office called at 11.45am saying can't deliver until Tuesday now which is unacceptable as I have people coming Friday to lay bricks!!!
