Decent service
The delivery came a day early and incomplete, but after a phone call the delivery was completed next day. It was just one of those occasional and inevitable human errors and the helpful, apologetic staff resolved it all very quickly and efficiently.

The website is very easy to navigate and the choice of different lengths really helps you save on waste as you can order to the length required (or just over).
Ultimately I would definitely recommend and use Covers Timber Merchants in the future

The online click and collect was slow and frustrating, waiting to be phoned back was the worst bit
We should be able to go straight to branch
