Received a phone call after three days to say that order was available and they could deliver the next day.
Arrived with time stated and placed order where I required it.

Delivery driver was great
Delivery driver was great, polite, helpful, efficient. I was rather disappointed that after the order email said I would receive delivery notification there was no notification at all and the guy just turned up. He said if I hadn't been there he'd just have come again, but that's inefficient and not environmentally conscious. Also if I'd been in a meeting if have felt pressured to come out and deal with it. Not ideal. But delivery on time and product fine, so a minor gripe really.

Made an order for bricks
Made an order for bricks, they did not have the bricks I ordered in stock, they would of managed to get them but the order would of taken slightly longer, however they offered me an alternative, in-fact it was a better of quality brick and more expensive, but they kept the price the same and checked I was happy with the style of brick and continued with my order…,this is the sort of builders merchant I like, coming up with solutions and preempting any issues and dealing with it fast and efficiently, thank you Sharon from customer services, I will be using you again

It would have been 5 Stars
It would have been 5 Stars, is someone had notifield of the delivery date. It was fortunate that when it arrived, I happened to be at home. I di receive a date which was inconvenient to me, called the office, spoke to a lady and gave her a couple of dates that would be alright. She said I'll speak to transport and arrange a date with them. That was the last I heard. Other than that, everything was fine.

I've had an excellent first experience…
I've had an excellent first experience with covers as a diy enthusiast. I was able to register for an account to ensure my orders benefit from any additional discounts available. On that note, I found that covers was the most cost effective option for this order after much research. I am extending my patio, so from pavers to aggregate, they covered it all at a wallet friendly budget. They then accommodated a specific day delivery, and the delivery gentleman was just brilliant and managed to get my order as close to the work area as possible. Overall, I would certainly recommend their services - and I can see why they have been in business for nearly two centuries!!

However, I am very concerned for the health of customers and especially employees in this branch. The dust in the atmosphere is appalling, I would be wearing a mask if I worked there. The entire stock has a thick layer of very fine dust covering it. There seemed to be some evidence this was originating from another business close by. If management has not and is not taking steps to investigate this potential health issue it certainly should be.

We received our order but 30 bricks were broken. We contacted Covers who with no hesitation replace them and delivered them free of charge. We had a very friendly conversation with them. We will definitely use them again.
