Issues in quality, processing and service
A lot of the wood delivered had imperfections.
For delivery I was told the items would be left in the garden (I rang to ask this as had to plan my day around it). Driver then dropped it curbside whilst I was an hour away from home as stated the garden would only be possible if reachable from the grab lorry (was not told this when I asked initially).
Ordered 80m of decking board, requested that it be prepared at 3.6m a board in the notes as directed by the website, decking boards came at 4.5m? so I now have serious wastage and I'm three boards short.

Very good service on both of my deliveries. 2nd wasn’t all in stock but was notified about the delay so not deal breaking. Will be using again in the next few days.

Really quick delivery. Ordered Saturday, had a phone call Monday delivered Tuesday. Delivery driver really helpful and polite. Have used Covers a few times can;t fault them.

Great company with excellent service
Was down by an online supplier of roofing materials. Found what I needed in stock at a branch where I was working and did a click and collect. Everything worked fine, someone from the branch phoned me, and I picked the order up at 7:30am. Excellent service!
