I requested a refund on two items (both lovely!) I'd bought to match other fittings in my bathroom, but which weren't the right colour in the end.

Laiba responded very quickly, and said they'd be glad to process the refund, but if I'd like to choose an alternative product, they could arrange an exchange instead.

I was looking for a bathroom mirror, so was happy to do this - I chose the oak squoval mirror. It wasn't a completely simple process (changing delivery dates, and exchanging different priced items) but Laiba and everyone else in the logistics team were friendly, patient and helpful in every correspondence.

The mirror arrived this morning, and is lovely.

Bought some garden furniture which arrived safely and happy with my purchase. Have to say Eddie, Logistics Support Coordinator was brilliant to deal with and emailed me immediately to help with my queries. Excellent service.

I have been searching for the perfect mirror for my sitting room to add style and depth to the room. This mirror is stunning and very good quality and worth every penny. I am very impressed by the service from Cox & Cox over the phone and delivery. I will shop here again.

Good experience delivered on time

I ordered a rug, and I'm very pleased with it, however I was not happy to receive it at 6:20
I had been emailed to say the delivery was to be between 7am and 11am, so to hear the door bell at 6:20 whilst still in bed is unsatisfactory.

Great experience I purchased a lamp but when it arrived found it had a slight defect. The customer service team were very responsive, couldn’t offer a replacement as lamp was out of stock but offered me a full refund. However as I wanted to keep the lamp they gave me a partial refund …. Nice to have lovely customer service.

Ranvir Singh was excellent when delivering our large format pictures this morning. Polite and professional - a credit to Cox and Cox.

Laiba assisted with a query and was extremely responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

Eddie in Logistics was trying so hard to help but the kitchen island just wouldn’t fit. He was patient and understanding of my feverish offers to basically bash down the door. All through this, Zoya kept calmly in touch. The refund was prompt and kindly done.

The two chaps who delivered our order, driver Lakhvinder Singh and his helper, Charjh-Singh, were absolutely lovely. They were both professional, courteous and helpful. They assembled our furniture quickly yet thoroughly, checking and tightening every screw. They took away the rubbish, and could not have been any more kind and accommodating throughout the whole process. Thank you guys, and thank you Cox and Cox :))

I had a faulty product that was not happy with and contacted the customer service team and was helped by a very helpful lady called Zoya who was very polite and sorted out my query and I was very pleased with the outcome.
Would recommend the company for their customer service.

Bought an outdoor Sofa from them 2 years ago. Bearing in mind we only use it for a few months over summer, its had well less than a years worth of wear and tear. It is L shaped and both backs have completely snapped off from the base. It is incredible badly made. When emailed they replied saying tough its out of warranty. For £1.7k for a sofa i expect MUCH better. Do not use.

I ordered two kitchen stools but on arrival decided I would like the limed oak finish. Cox and Cox speedily facilitated the change and the customer service team are a delight to work with. Very good communication throughout.
Delighted with the new stools and will be back to buy other items.

Where to start! I ordered a garden sofa set which was delivered and put together by 3 delivery men. One of them asked to use my toilet which I said yes to….. unfortunately he thought it ok to spend 15 minutes in there and leave it in the most disgusting state. If that want bad enough the furniture was ill fitted and ended up with brown marks all over it , say no more!!! I complained and the furniture was collected 2 days later again by shambolic collection men, still waiting for a refund it’s now 10 days and no response or answer from customer services despite chasing three times ….
