Tried to do a cheaper option by buying the part on eBay but it wasn’t correct. Came across these guys and the fact you put in the number plate provides a bit more confidence and protection. Part was perfect and arrived promptly. Would absolutely use again.

Bad webpage set up and communications
order the part i need of there website. Then i heard nothing, no e-mail etc. I had to contact them, to find out where my order was. Got told i had been refunded. Then i had to just to be told there webpage was out of date and they sent me the new link where the part was alot dearer. Awful set up and communications.

To explain what happened — your order was placed on our development website, which is an internal test site used by our technical team and should not have been publicly accessible. This was a genuine technical error on our part and we are sorry that it resulted in a poor experience for you.
Because the development site does not process real orders, we were unable to fulfil your purchase and issued a full refund as quickly as possible. We appreciate that the lack of proactive communication while we investigated was frustrating, and we take that feedback on board.
The pricing difference you noticed was simply because our live website reflects current up-to-date pricing, whereas the development site contained outdated information. We would never look to profit from this situation and the refund was issued in full without delay.
We have since taken steps to ensure the development site cannot be accessed publicly. We are sorry this happened and hope you will give us the opportunity to serve you correctly through our main website at coxmotorparts.co.uk.
