Ordered some small postable parts
Ordered some small postable parts. Six Days later, nothing. No tracking available with the royal mail. Contacted cox motor parts. Apparently lots of small packages had gone AWOL. Not sure who to blame, if that would help ! I've had to cancel a trip to Scotland through this delay. I shall be sourcing my parts closer to home from now on.
Quite expensive for X4 O rings I also must add.

Cox spares are my go to.
These are my go to for service parts for my 2013 CRV 1.6 iDTEC. I want to keep this car running tip top so OEM is the only way forward. I only dropped a star as they have removed my 5% loyalty discount that I used to receive.
Delivery is quick but should be free over £100 in my opinion.

We did want to clarify a couple of points. Your 5% loyalty discount has not been removed and it is still very much active on your account. Looking into your recent order, it appears you checked out as a guest rather than logging into your account, which is why the discount was not applied. Regarding free shipping, we completely understand the appeal, however we work hard to offer our parts at significantly below retail prices, often well below what you would pay elsewhere for genuine OEM parts. Offering both heavily discounted parts and free shipping is unfortunately not something we are able to sustain, but we believe our pricing more than compensates. We hope you will agree the overall value remains excellent!

Tried to do a cheaper option by buying the part on eBay but it wasn’t correct. Came across these guys and the fact you put in the number plate provides a bit more confidence and protection. Part was perfect and arrived promptly. Would absolutely use again.
