In the best traditions of Christopher Pratts, salesperson Chris explored every avenue in meeting my very specific requirements in the lounge furniture department. This was by no means a case of buying something 'off the shelf'. I was absolutely delighted with the service.

Absolutely fantastic service at Pratts. It is my go to place for all furniture and soft furnishings. The Store Director Paul Griffin is excellent with a great team around him. Very helpful and always meets my requirements on price and quality. Will return anytime I need anything for my home. Also a mention to the delivery teams at Pratts, efficient, on time, very careful when delivering your furniture, I cant fault anything regarding the store and service. Why go anywhere else....

This is the first time we have bought something from Christopher Pratts. We were impressed by the extensive range and the friendly, efficient but not in the least bit pushy service. Particular thanks go to Chris and Dale and we are looking forward to our new sofas being delivered!

We visited the store in Leeds yesterday to buy a corner sofa and chair. The staff greeted us and were happy to leave us to browse until we were ready to talk to them. Duncan Edwards was the sales person who dealt with our order. Duncan was very helpful, knowledgeable and thorough. We've bought from C Pratts previously and we've always found the staff to be helpful and considerate and definitely not pushy. Thank you Duncan and staff for all your help. We're looking forward to receiving our order in 6-8 weeks.

We had a great experience. We visited the Leeds store a few times to decide on the right bed. David was very patient and helpful and gave us all the information we needed.

This was the second time this year that we’ve ordered furniture from Pratts. We were so delighted the first time with the whole process that we have just ordered from Pratts again. On both occasions we were ably & professionally helped by Andy Aylesbury who knows his product & fully understands all aspects of the ordering process. We can’t wait for our delivery to arrive.

We have over the years bought various items of furniture from Pratts.
It has always been a good experience with the staffs knowledge and manner being consistently good, today was no exception when we called in to look for a new suite with the view to buying.
We were attended to by Dale who was both friendly and knowledgeable on the stressless range of furniture, result was we left after purchasing a Sofa and 2 Reclining chairs.

David the assistant helped to guide us through his questions to choosing the best furniture for our requirements. Very friendly and helpful.

Having being recommended Christopher Pratts by family after visiting several other sofa shops, it was such a better experience. You are left to browse at your own leisure but if help is needed, the staff are very helpful and a wealth of knowledge on all the products. We browsed the weekend before and came to order on the 28.06 and Craig remembered us from the previous weekend which was impressive with the number of interactions he must have in a week. He went above and beyond with his customer service and helped us with all aspects of getting the furniture we wanted. His product knowledge was brilliant too. Such a lovely experience and would thoroughly recommend anyone to shop here.

A very atttractive Furniture Store with its own car park in Leeds. We visited Christopher Pratts to find a very firm bed to replace my existing 10 year old super king divan. There was a huge selection of beds and Matty carefully explained the different types of mattresses and bases, plus the various options of drawers in the bases. I was able to lie on the beds to make sure that I was happy with the specially firm mattresses he was showing me. In fact we received excellent service including options of getting rid of my old bed, timing of delivery, guarantee etc.
In fact, the entire experience was stress-free and I would recommend others wanting furniture items to visit Christopher Pratt.

A fantastic service until there is a fault .
Then pratts will do anything to blame the customer.
I’m still in my 12 month period and the experience today to try and get some one to come out and look at our faulty sofas has been beyond shocking .
