We love shopping at Christopher Pratts, they have a really big range of furniture products to suit all budgets and it’s laid out so it’s easy to amble round.
We went in to look and ended up buying, thanks to Craig T-F ,very knowledgeable and helpful

Our experience purchasing furniture could not have been better. Our sales assistant, Craig Thornton-Fletcher was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and we felt very comfortable dealing with him. Nothing was too much trouble. We would not hesitate to recommend Craig or Christopher Pratts.

Very good service today in Christopher Platts. Andy Aylesbury staff member was very polite, listened to our requirements. Showed us suitable mattresses, put no pressure on us and gave us time to try different mattresses out. I felt relaxed and trusted his opinions and comments on the various products. Happy with our choice of a new mattress.

We receiced our chair today. We have returned again and again to buy from Christoper Pratts. Duncan has dealt with both our last orders. His and the whole company customer service are outstanding. You can actually speak to a human being as soon as you call for any reason. We have always been delighted with the furniture we have purchased and high recommend this store.

I was advised so well by Craig who was very knowledgeable on all the options that are in the showroom and uber patient and helpful in explaining things. He gave me the confidence to place the order and without his kindness I think I might still be looking. I visited many showrooms but it is all thanks to Craig that I made a decision.

After talking about sorting my living room for years I resolved to actually do something and as my furniture is very tired I decided to explore at Christopher Pratts. I had no idea about what I wanted, but knew what I didn't like! Duncan asked if I needed help then left me to look around. After picking up cards on a few that I liked he asked how I was doing and was so helpful discussing size, materials and the type of stuffing in the cushions. He made me a coffee, left me alone and suggested I sit on the sofas and see how they felt. This really helped me with the decision making. He gave me quotes for all the sofas in fabric and leather and I left to think things over.
I returned the next day and completed the purchase after confirming the store would be happy to keep the sofas until I'm ready for them (I'm redoing the whole room)
I really can't praise Duncan enough. It was as if I had brought a friend with me! He wasn't at all pushy and made the whole experience a pleasure. I definitely recommend the store (so much choice!) and try and find Duncan if you need help/advice.

I wanted British-made sofas and couldn't be happier with our decision to buy from Christopher Pratts. We ordered two large sofas, and knowing they are handmade to order makes all the difference in the craftsmanship and finish.
The service from start to finish was excellent, right from the initial sample ordering process. Special mention to Mark Huntington on the sales team, who was brilliant from the get-go and made the whole experience effortless. Highly recommended if you're looking for genuine quality and great customer care!
