We recently bought a bedroom set from Christopher Pratts. As a returning customer we are always very impressed with the service, choice and quality of the products on offer. David T was excellent, very patient with us, incredibly knowledgeable and insightful and went the extra mile.

We had a great experience with Chris Barrowclough who helped us find a new single-seater sofa to match our existing one. He went above and beyond, taking the time to carefully understand what we needed and making sure the match was just right. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and his patience and attention to detail really stood out. On top of that, he managed to secure us a very good deal. We really appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend them!

Great help from Craig who explained about the viborg range and how to take care of it. Beautiful range of quality sofas and furniture displayed and a pleasure to look round the store. Delicious coffee whilst reviewing your decision.

An absolute brilliant furniture with a large selection of brands and unique items for home and garden. The store in Leeds is immaculate and spotless, making everything look presentable. Staff very friendly, all saying hello and Lisa who showed us the garden set on our first visit and Chris who sold us an Ercol set were so helpful and personable. Chris was efficient and sorted out everything making sure we were 100% ok with our purchases. Real pleasure buying our garden and living room sets. Highly recommend a visit..not seen a selection like they have anywhere else.

All staff were very helpful especially Andy Aylesbury. Andy advised us on which was the best arm chair for my elderly mother. Without his help we would have probably bought a different chair that would not have been fit for purpose. It’s nice to meet professional staff who give you time and advice without pressure or rushing.
