Fantastic service from David T in Leeds best mattress I have ever owned!

We had the pleasure of meeting David when choosing a bed, he was very informative,helpful but also left us to look around without being pressured which I prefer when choosing a purchase. We were really pleased with the service and would highly recommend.

David T was a great help when we were looking for a new mattress. He provided the information we needed to help us make a decision on what to buy and found the mattresses for us that fulfilled our criteria. He recognised us from the previous week when we returned to the store and gave us time to make our decision. His manner was professional and helpful while being friendly. Thank you David T.

I visited the store on Saturday with my husband with a view to replacing our settees. We were left alone to browse but made aware that should we need any advice, the staff were there to help. When we found something we were interested in, Duncan immediately asked if we needed any assistance. He was very informative, giving us advice on colour and fabric options along with prices. We decided to go home and think about it and visited again the next day. Duncan came over to greet us and remembered our names which was impressive! He talked us through the buying process and couldn't have been more helpful. It all made to a very positive buying experience.

All the sales people were great. David Johnson was very patient while we tried to decide which sofa and then fabric to purchase. We are a repeat customer and the level of customer service is always spot on.

We visited to look to buy a new dining table and chairs. We felt that we were welcomed to the store but left to browse at our leisure. Duncan approached us after about 10 minutes which was perfect timing. He helped us to ultimately chose a table and help with the choice of chairs. Our main concern was that the table was available to order in two colours. Oak and greyed oiled but neither of the colour blocks in the table matched the table on display. Duncan assured us that the one on display was the grey oiled. To that end we have ordered the table which we have been advised will have the same finish as the one in the store.

Excellent Customer service. Great to deal with. Chris helped us downstairs, Dale helped us upstairs. They really knew their stuff, provided a solution which another provider said wasn’t possible. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We were looking for a rise and recline chair for my mother and were assisted by Chris Barrowclough. He was very welcoming, took the time to listen carefully to our requirements, and demonstrated excellent knowledge of the products. His helpful and friendly approach made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. We would definitely recommend Christopher Pratts, as they delivered a 5-star experience.

We were given plenty of time to make our choice of lounge furniture. Chris was a great help in providing good information to make the process easier.

After months searching for sofas, I finally took the plunge and bought one at Cpratts. Mark H was a funny and knowledgeable sales advisor who answered my questions and put my mind at ease before making the purchase of my gorgeous Mallow sofa. He went through all the useful bits I need to know including the finance option and what to expect in the future. Would highly recommend this shopping experience.

(Only downside is the sofa will take 3 months to be delivered.)

Found the perfect GPlan sofa and chairs at Christopher Pratts after looking at many other suppliers, they had a great range of quality furniture to chose from. David was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the buying experience a pleasure. 10 week delivery, so hopeful the delivered product will live up to our expectations.

We came in looking for a sofa for our new house after purchasing one from Christopher Pratts in 2020 and absolutely loving it. They don’t stock that specific sofa anymore but Craig was incredibly helpful and helped us to find our dream sofa! The whole process has been incredibly smooth and Craig is so friendly and happy to help with anything! HUGE thanks and we can’t wait to have it in our house soon!!

Very impressed with furniture store. So nice to be able to see the actual pieces we were looking for. David was very helpful. He showed us several ranges. When we decided he also helped us complete the sale before we had to rush off! I did leave feeling well informed. Really looking forward to receiving our items in due time

When buying furniture my first thought is: Let’s go to Christopher Pratt’s. We have always, for over 20 years anyway, had excellent service and furniture from them. We still have most of the furniture we bought over 20 years ago. It’s stylish, well made and good quality. They are very knowledgeable about the products and present themselves in a professional but friendly and helpful manner. David Johnson was just that very sales person today when we were buying a new corner sofa, he had lots of ideas that were very helpful to us in making the right decisions for us.
