When buying furniture my first thought is: Let’s go to Christopher Pratt’s. We have always, for over 20 years anyway, had excellent service and furniture from them. We still have most of the furniture we bought over 20 years ago. It’s stylish, well made and good quality. They are very knowledgeable about the products and present themselves in a professional but friendly and helpful manner. David Johnson was just that very sales person today when we were buying a new corner sofa, he had lots of ideas that were very helpful to us in making the right decisions for us. The store had a brilliant range of furnishings with excellent, helpful and friendly staff. Chris was particularly attentive and informative.

There is lots of parking but we walked from Leeds City Centre, it took less than 10 mins.
The shop layout is great with good displays of nice furniture. We were looking for a new mattress and although I had done some research, Mark H was extremely helpful and gave us some good alternatives. We purchased a mattress which was a quick and easy process and are looking forward to taking delivery.

Decided to ‘go have a look’ at where both sets of parents have bought their sofas from and now fully understand why. The service we received from Mark H was excellent. He was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy at all. My husband being a true Yorkshire man took them up on the price promise and we received a refund on the difference for our sofa without a quibble.

Superb customer service. My mother, who is 91, was looking for a new bed following a change of residence. She wanted another Tempur bed similar to the one she bought from Pratts ten years ago. Mark H took the time to investigate what she bought last time, and then explained the features and benefits of the modern versions. He was patient, very polite and clearly very knowledgeable. She left a very happy lady! Thank you.

I was very happy indeed with the service I received every step of the way from Pratts when I bought my new mattress from them: from David the in-store salesman who gave me the info and space I needed to choose which one was right for me...to Jacqueline who called to arrange the delivery date...to the guys who brought me my new mattress and took my old one away...I'm a happy customer!

Craig, who assisted us, provided excellent customer service. He was very knowledgeable about the products and made some great recommendations without ever being pushy. We really appreciated that he gave us the time and space to make the right decision for us.

We were looking for a new suite and looked downstairs first and wasn’t harassed by pushy sales staff. We they went to look upstairs and met Dale who was very helpful, gave advice but left us to look around and was there to explain anything when needed. We eventually chose two 2 seater sofas and chair. Throughout the process Dale was brilliant and very knowledgeable and helpful. We’ve also looked at carpets and are in the midst if deciding which to go for and Joshua is being very helpful. He’s been out to measure up and he’s advised on quality and underlay etc. we’ve also met Richard who helped when we revisited to find Dale for us as we decided to order a footstool to match new suite. All this went very smoothly and I love this shop. Would highly recommend them and also has a free car park which is great.

Whenever I think furniture of any type, I think Christopher Pratt's and they never let me down! Always a lovely experience even just to walk around the store. I have bought many items over the years and recently my daughter and her partner spent hours deciding on a sofa, bed and bedroom furniture, without any hassle, just incredible patience from Duncan - what a top guy! At least they are now convinced to use Christopher Pratt's in the future and if you're reading this, hope you will be too - you won't regret it!

We have been taken care by Richard Sanderson which is always super professional and prepared. All other staff quite rude waiting for us to leave in front of the exit at 4:50pm
