My experience with Craft Lamps was very positive. Their web site was easy to use, even by a female who is over 70. Their email replies where prompt, to the point, friendly, and things happened as they said they would. Their price was competitive too.
I am totally delighted with my Daylight Swan Floor Lamp.
So much so I ordered a second one!
They arrived very promptly and were easy to assemble. The instructions were in straight forward English, with reasons for why one should assemble it in the way suggested.
The lamp is sturdy and easy to move on its wheels. The gives a good white light over a reasonable area. I find adjusting the lamp on its 'swan neck', to get the light just where required, is easy and intuitive. I use one for needlework and one in my rather dark computer corner.
It also looks amazingly elegant and futuristic when just standing waiting to be switched on.
I am recommending it to all my friends.

My order of a floor standing lamp with daylight bulb came promptly and was well packed. I had no problem putting it together. It is well made and screwed together easily. It has a good, heavy, stable base and looks elegant as well as being practical.

No Really. I called the shop to check a couple of technical details for the light I wanted to buy. The gentleman on the line answered my query knew exactly what I was talking about and quelled my concerns. He took my order there and then. The light was delivered by Royal Mail at 10.15 the following morning. I couldn't believe it, 400 miles in 24 hours

The lamp arrived promptly. It looks good and is very solid. The light is very bright so it doesn't really work as a normal standard lamp but is excellent for reading, sewing etc.
