Great trousers with several zipped pockets.

Ordered two T shirts and sized down (usually a 14) as they were a relaxed fit. Unfortunately, they had to be returned as they were miles too big. Debated to order a size 10 but decided against doing so. Shame as they were a lovely, soft material and looked very nice.

My purchase of 2 pairs of trousers arrived earlier than expected and were just what I wanted.

I ordered a
Air of waterproof walking trousers (Kiwi Pro II). Great fit and work well except for a bit of moisture through the zipped pocket.

Fitted me perfectly in size 14. Great light colour for summer and good water repellent material, lightweight.

We can't rate Craghoppers Nosilife clothing high enough. I have not had a mosi bite since wearing them! - and that's after having been savaged by them.
I have to say that the service is excellent - I had an issue with something and they were very honourable and was very happy with the service. For what you're getting, the price is very reasonable. From a very happy customer!

Good clothes, especially like the adjustable waist trousers which makes all the difference between falling down and fitting perfectly! Fast refund for returns (ordered several sizes for fit).

Still trying to return part of my order - via courier collection . After one no show to pick up, collection was re scheduled for tomorrow. Today I received 5 confusing emails around a collection today. Yet the parcel is still here - shambolic.

Decent go to garments. Tendency to reduce the size of the phone pocket - don't do that.

I purchased a pair of trousers for £100, expecting the quality that the brand is known for. After just one day of normal use, the fabric around the bottom came apart. This is completely unacceptable for a premium outdoor brand.

I contacted customer service expecting a replacement or a refund for a clearly faulty product. Instead, they refused to help because I had the order forwarded from the UK to Dubai through a shipping company. They insisted that I arrange and pay for the return shipping myself, despite the product being defective.

I have already paid international shipping and customs charges, and I have placed two separate orders with Craghoppers because I trusted their products. Rather than standing behind the quality of what they sell, they simply referred me to their return policy.

A manufacturing defect is not the same as a change-of-mind return. Customers should not have to bear the cost and inconvenience of returning a faulty item.

I expected much better from a brand with Craghoppers’ reputation. Sadly, both the product quality and customer service have been a huge disappointment. I will not be purchasing from them again unless they resolve this matter fairly.
