Craig's removal men, Andy and Cory were an absolute credit to the Company and themselves. Nothing was too much trouble: they took exceptional care of some large pieces of furniture and handled everything like it was their own property. I would not hesitate to use them in the future to move any furniture or property.

Excellent service and communication, nothing left to worry about, everything explained well and timely.
The removals team are very efficient and friendly, great bunch of guys, even with considerable delays they carried on without complaint.

From the first contact we had with Craig, he was professional, knowledgeable and without doubt gave us complete confidence in his service. We then met his team who are equally excellent.
The communications we received leading up to moving day during and beyond have been second to none. Every aspect was considered and carried out. The day itself was completely under control and every care was taken with all our possessions. We were provided with boxes, tape and wrapping and a collection of these afterward.
I will recommend Craig and the team to everyone I know and cannot praise them all highly enough. They have restored my faith in customer service excellence.

Andrew the driver had a mammoth task of collecting large items from several businesses in Burnley before heading down to the Houses of Parliament, which has a very strict and somewhat complicated system, involving screening an hour away from it. Nothing was too much trouble, he dealt with the curveballs professionally and all the businesses highly rated him. Very efficient and trustworthy.

Craig’s team are absolutely amazing, from start to finish. The whole team were professional in every way. They kept us reassured, calm and made us laugh throughout the whole process, Thank you lads,

Lee and Jamie were my removal team. Have to say they were absolutely fantastic. Such friendly lads who looked after my belongings so well and packed the van with extreme care and the expertise and skill in getting everything in and secured was fantastic. They got everything into my new house without a hitch and when the “independent” woman in me couldn’t get the feet screwed on my couch they did it for me. They couldn’t do enough. Such polite and helpful lads. If I was to move again (which I’m not planning on doing) I would absolutely use Craig Atkinson again and request Jamie and Lee specifically. If you are considering using this firm then I would say do.

I can’t recommend the firm highly enough. They managed to fit me for a removal date with only 7 days notice, allowing me to be in my new house before Christmas. The team, Mark, Lee and Karl were amazing. They were polite, professional and respected both of my properties, despite the awful weather. They packed and unpacked, including all my garden pots, in 5 hours, with no breakages and left me very happy and grateful, with the added bonus of being competitively priced.

Absolutely brilliant service.

I used this removals company to move my things into a storage container, and they were outstanding from start to finish. They took extreme care with everything — far more than I even thought to ask for. They made sure nothing touched the sides of the container (I wouldn’t have even considered that!), and they were careful with the softer items so nothing would get damaged over time.

They loaded the unit properly, safely, and with real attention to detail. I honestly felt totally looked after. Reliable, professional, and genuinely thoughtful.

Great service, made the whole move way less stressful than we thought it would be. Craig and the team emptied our old house quickly and safely and even went back afterwards to pick up a few items that we had forgotten when doing the initial survey.

Well worth the money! Everything was stress free from the moment we enquired to the survey and then the day of the move. All of the team always helpful on the phone when arranging the move around solicitors and exchange dates.

Easy process from the start. Craig and his team came over to provide a quote, really friendly and reassuring at this early stage prior to knowing we would opt to use them.
After accepting the quote, with postponement waiver after their advice, it was very easy to book and move appointment to suit via email or whatsapp. We had a small chain do doubted the need for a waiver but the day before our expected move there was a legal hiccup so thankful we took this up.
The day itself was a breeze with the guys that came to load the vans and were all loaded up within 3hrs, only delay to the entire day was obtaining the keys!!

Friendly and very professional service from start to finish. Great advice on planning our move on initial contact and then great support right up to our move day. The lads on our removal day never stopped and buy us at ease and just made the whole removal day stress free. Thank you!

Moving house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things you do. But not when Craig and his team are looking after you.

We took the packing service, I joked with Craig that I’d pop out for breakfast and come back and it would all be done…that’s exactly what happened.

Then the day after, his removal team arrived and packed the vans up (4 very large, immaculate vans), not just with the boxes but they dismantled all the furniture and took down all the electrical items. Then, at the other side, meticulously loaded everything into their new home. Taking great care an attention with everything they handled. We also had an issue with small doors not fitting things through but they worked at it, called in reinforcements and preserved.

Words cannot even express how much they made our lives easier this week. We had 3 kids, all happily in their rooms last night with little disruption - that’s worth every, single penny.
