My old gaming pc was struggling with the new games of today and to try and upgrade it meant replacing the motherboard, cpu etc so I decided to replace it. After looking at 5 custom pc building websites I picked Create pc because of all the helpful information and ease while I planned my dream gaming pc. From ordering to delivery I was kept informed every step of the way and received photos of all the components as the were installed. I am over the moon with my new pc and with Create pcs service and would highly recommend them.

They were extremely helpful and kept me in the loop, throughout the whole process. The finished PC is excellent and is working perfectly.
I would definitely use Create PC again.

I’d been looking to buy a custom build
PC for a while and eventually chose Create PCs. I’m really glad I did - I’m very happy with how the build turned out, and the level of customer service throughout the build process was excellent. I was given clear and helpful advice on choice of components at the outset (particularly helpful given my fairly limited knowledge), building and testing was very quick, and someone even personally drove the PC down to deliver it to me on a Friday evening when I had emailed to say that I wouldn’t be at home over the weekend when it was scheduled to be delivered by courier. Throughout the process,
the team provided regular updates on progress and were very responsive to questions and queries by email.

Service and guidance was superb and they were very informative and help configure the pc to fit my desired purpose.
Had a problem when it arrived where a component was not working properly which gave me a bit of a headache for a little bit.
However, they got it sorted free of charge and swiftly, keeping me updated throughout the process,
Altogether, I believe their service is 5/5 but just from my annoying experience with the component, I’m rating them slightly lower.

Really great company and cater to your needs, they had the parts I wanted and decided to go all out on the something top of the line and not regretted it one bit.
Had the pc nearly a year now and had one slight problem (not their fault) that was easily solved, the support are very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any issues.
Can't recommend them enough.

Very helpful and informative from the beginning. My PC looks amazing, is fully cable-managed and runs perfectly smooth. They even gave me an upgrade, mouse and keyboard for free!

I cannot speak highly enough of Create PCs. I had numerous email conversations with Matt over getting the right spec for a PC with which to play Microsoft Flight Sim. Matt’s advice was spot on! The build was done quickly and delivered personally by the team (I live fairly close by).
The PC had been set up really well with the latest BIOS version, drivers and Windows updates - which saved hours. It really was ready to go.

Excellent communication and information by the team. Ordered this ten days before Christmas for my Son. Thought It was unlikely to happen so close to the big day. I ended up speaking with the owner of the business, went through my build list and he was able to give additional recommendations and clear advice over the phone which made it so easy. I was confident and assured that the parts could be sourced and the build completed and bench tested over 24hrs prior to delivery before Christmas. It was delivered as promised on the morning of Christmas Eve. The build has been carefully and tidily put together I cannot fault how well it’s been done. It’s not a cheap build, it’s a white gaming case with white ARGB components and white cabling. It looks stunning and was professionally packaged with all component boxes included separately with the build. It runs whisper quiet. I would definitely recommend createpcs.co.uk.

Great build quality , fast delivery

A new computer is a significant expense, with complex considerations. I have been more than happy with my experience with Create PCs.

I contacted Create to discuss my options, talking through my ambitions, use cases, preferences, and budget. At the end of it we had scoped out a build that I was confident met my needs, for a fair price.

During the build process I was emailed photos of the progress, which I very much appreciated. A little over a week later (including a short delay as one component proved faulty during their testing so they swapped it out for a new one), I was in receipt of my new pc. Everything was well packaged and arrived safely.

So far the computer is everything I hoped it would be. It runs well - cool and whisper quiet. Overall I have no hesitation recommending Create PCs.

We received build updates for every step on the process so we could track our order.

Created exactly the custom PC I was after and had it built within a week. The build and wiring is tidy and professional.

One small negative was that DPD delivered it and dropped it out the back of the van like it was garbage, thankfully well packaged and it wasn't damage, but I'd recommend collecting it in person.

Fantastic experience and arrived on time as described. This comes from a horror experience building a custom PC from another company I won't name, even huge issues with Delivery (mainly DPD!) and I stressed I'd not had a good experience prior to this order and they the delivered it using their own van/delivery person/colleague. PC is performing AMAZING and certainly everything I'd hoped for an more. Thank you guys at CREATEPC! Would certainly look to do business with them again.

Literally the most attentive customer service I've ever dealt with. There were a few hiccups with my custom build and I only half knew what I wanted. They provided expertise and guidance throughout the whole process and the entire team were extremely accomodating. Also, they were completely honest and upfront about the whole process and gave me options throughout and told me what it would cost - never trying to upsell me but giving me options in every price range! 10/10, no notes.

Sent the PC I brought with them a couple of years back in for a couple of upgrades. As good a service as last time, staff very friendly, PC sorted and back home where I left off :-)

You can tell they're passionate about what they do based in there end product. Can't recommend them enough.
