Outstanding service from start to finish. First time using ‘Create PC’ and I was a little worried spending a large sum of money in just 1 order but going off all these 100% reviews and a bit of research I did on line I contacted them through their ‘Bespoke Service’ link on their Web site.
‘Create PC’ didn't disappoint, their customer services are first class, Matt quickly replied to my initial enquiry about my high-end custom gaming PC spec and answered all of my questions and recommended a few changes and explained why. And from placing the order a few days later to having it hand delivered I was kept informed through every step of the build process by Matt and the team.
The custom build quality of my PC is exception I have no other word to describe it, I could recommend ‘Create PC’ to anyone looking for a first-class custom PC from a very knowledgeable & passionate company.

OG review: I purchased a custom PC and it squeaks constantly. They also tell you they will send a picture of the build once complete but they never sent it. The same email said to reply to it if you hadn’t received those pictures, they never responded.

Edit: tech support contacted me with the pictures of my build and helped to resolve the issue.

Stuart and the team were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and built me a bespoke machine that fits my specific needs. They keep you up to do date throughout the entire build progress with photos and status updates. Absolutely love this machine and couldn't recommend Create PCs more highly!

Updated along each stage of preparation of the order. Pc came very well packaged and in perfect condition :)

Great service all round, my PC broke on a bank holiday weekend (I am a freelance 3D illustrator and use my PC almost 24hrs a day) and Matt had me up and running with a new system in no time, he custom built the perfect machine for my needs, very competitive prices too and extremely helpful throughout the whole process of deciding what to get. I would highly recommend Create PC's!

Excellent service - being willing to clone my existing boot drive was really important to me as I didn't want to have to re-install all my software. They were really accommodating and I was able to test the build before I took delivery.

The layout of the part picker was nice and easy to understand. The amount of packaging was a nice thing to see.

I ordered a new custom desktop PC with Create PCs and the experience was great from start to end.

First, their website is very complete and allows you to play with different configurations from the main manufacturers of components. Once I had an idea of what I wanted, Matt from the Sales Team was very helpful and proposed me a configuration that met my expectations / requirements, being very clear and answering to all my questions (I have an average IT knowledge).

Once we agreed the final configuration, we scheduled the delivery to the date that better suited me as I was travelling. During the building process, they shared pictures of all the components and the final set up, together with performance testing.

As a summary, I strongly recommend Create PCs as they sell top quality products combined with an amazing team with a deep knowledge and great customer support at all stages.
