Seamless purchase with multiple tracking checkpoints. Product as advertised and arrived in clean (new) condition. Sidenote: various identity checkpoints was a little bit of a surprise - but appreciated. With so much fraud, i was a little bit reserved confirming my identity.
Shipping via DHL out of Singapore. Factor duties in your purchase. Again, a bit of a surprise seeming my assumption was origin shipping from North America using a US/Canadian hub. Not a big deal, but noteworthy.
Best prices in the online market with frequent sales discounts.
Excellent experience overall.

Hi All,
This is my second watch purchased from Creation Watches.
Ive just received the Ratio 1000m diver watch yesterday 27th June 2026.
Thanks a mill guys, exquisite diver watch, 1000m automatic with helium safe👌 Very happy with my purchase.
The watch arrived in 4-5 days once order by DHL.
I cant believe the quality for this diver watch, definitely as good as if not better than the larger more established brands.
Please note: To all buyers this company is NOT one of those online sellers who show photos of one watch and deliver something inferior.
This is quality stuff from Ratio and what Creation Watches advertise is what you get.
Credit where credit due, Ive got to say im really happy with both my watch purchases, and highly recommend these guys.

Charged my card for a watch that never was. I tried to follow up on their designated emails/Social media handles and phone numbers and never got a response. I wouldn't be dealing with an organisation with non existent customer service.
