Hi Bryan, thank you for taking the time to reply. I'm very sorry that you had a terrible experience. I've taken a look at your order and I see it included 3 cordsets and three sockets.
At the time of the order we also noticed that you did not order any strain reliefs. And since we thought you may need those for what looked like a project we added those in at no charge so that you wouldn't have the frustration of having to make another order just for those.
We also hand made your cordsets and had them shipped out to you via UPS quicker than the anticipated production time.
But if there is an issue that we aren't aware of that made your experience terrible and that we could resolve for you please let us know!

Incorrect order, uncontactable customer service after multiple attempts
The cables I ordered are beautiful but my order was wrong when delivered in December (wrong length of cable from what I ordered so wouldn’t fit my use). I called the customer service line twice, emailed once and eventually shipped the cables back in January with a note inside requesting the cables be amended to my original order. I followed up by phone last week and still have not heard back from anyone. It’s very disappointing to spend $90 on cables and have nothing to show for it. I would appreciate if someone could contact me or if the cables I ordered could be completed and sent back to me.

Not a canopy - a plate and utility box
We were looking for something to cover a 6” hole from a can light. We had purchased a chandelier but the canopy was only 5”. When we found this plate it was listed a a 8” diameter single hole canopy. In reality, it is a plate and utility box. The utility box is only 5 inches and comes down below the hole, making it so the plate doesn’t sit flush with the ceiling. We ordered the brass color and it was more of a champagne. I spray painted it before the electrician arrived to get it to match the chandelier better. Unfortunately, it didn’t work because of the 5” diameter utility box (that was white not gold) - the hole in the ceiling was still VERY visible and I can’t return it since I had spray painted it since the color didn’t match.

Hi Katie, I'm sorry that you weren't happy with your purchase. I see that you ordered our Rose One canopy. In that description it states that this has a 4.75" base canopy that connects to the ceiling. So perhaps there was some misunderstanding how this would work for your needs. Unfortunately, this isn't made to work with the size opening you had.
For a hole the size you had you would have needed to have ordered a much larger XL Rose One canopy that comes with an 11.75" base canopy.
Never received the canopy
Never received the canopy. No reply to me I queries. No refund.
UPDATE: After reading my review, I received a response stating that I had ordered an out of stock item and that they had sent me two emails confirming that it was out of stock. None of this is true. My order confirmation shows the item as in stock, there have been no responses from the company to my inquiries. Don’t be fooled!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. And I’m sorry that you are having issues with your order. I’ve just taken a look and I see that you placed your order for the canopy on January 11. And I also see that this was noted as out of stock on our website at the time of the order (with an anticipated restock date of January 27).
Unfortunately, we had a few extra days delay in receiving that resupply due to a delay in Italy and at customs, and we anticipate having it either tomorrow or Friday. And as soon as we do receive your canopy we will ship it out to you right away.
In regards to queries, I could not find any in our system or emails. However, I do see that we sent out an email on the 12th confirming that you had ordered an out of stock canopy and of the anticipated delay. In addition, there was another email sent to the email on file with your order on January 26.
Again, thank you so much for taking your time and for your order and we look forward to getting this out to you just as soon as it arrives here.
Would not buy again
Cable is very nice looking, how ever once you cut it the covering on the cable frayed super easily and the white of the cable is exposed and you can not pull it back to cover it. I would not buy it again. I had to cover the end with tape, etc.

Ceiling canopy
I ordered the single ceiling rose style in brushed brass I believe is the color. It was just way I was looking for and was easy to install following the videos. I Will absolutely order again.

I am a designer
All may end well....but I could never reach anyone to get info about whether the rope wire I ordered on Dec 20th was in stock (it showed out of stock), and how long it would take to reach my client. Also, I needed two pieces at 40ft each. The order did ship out from Italy and, to my surprise, arrived quickly on Jan 5, but came in 1 70ft piece, and 1 13ft piece. I find it difficult to navigate a company when no one replies to emails or their phone line. My builder is now trying to make the 2 pieces work. I recommend you have someone answering your business line.

Great Customer Service
I placed an order before the holidays and made a mistake and ordered the wrong color cord. Jami was able to quickly fix my problem and made the swap before there were any issues. The cable I also switched to did not have the full quantity I needed. I understood that around the holidays that it would be a longer lead time to produce, but he still made it happen. The cord and all other materials arrived so much sooner than I expected. Jami supplied great customer service and quickly resolved a mistake I made.
