I ordered a plug in lamp with the hardware to mount on the ceiling. The staff noticed that I ordered the wrong part and added the right one just in case. Was great that he did that because I did order the wrong part. The quality of the lamp is superb.

Love all creative cable products
I love all of creative cable products. Purchased some linen cord to replace the ugly cord on plug-in wall sconces. Also purchased buttons to hold the cords straight and taunt against the wall. Elevates all your lighting when you replace with their cords.

Ordered a 12ft long cable and was only sent a little over 113”. I know that it isn’t a big order, but I hopefully have enough cable. Was counting on have about six feet per light to play with.

I'm so so sorry that this happened on your order!!!!
I'm not sure why that would have occurred. But the first thing that comes to mind is that perhaps this was a shorter piece of cable accidentally put into a bag that had been pre-labeled at 12'. Regardless, it should not have occurred. And being shorted over 2' of cable is definitely not insignificant on an order of 12'.
I can send you more of the correct length right away!

Unfortunately, you ordered an item that was out of stock at the time of your ordered (noted in yellow at checkout). Additionally, our team emailed you September 29th and on October 7 letting you know of this and that it would likely be around 30 days before more would be available. In addition, we had asked if you preferred to wait or be issued a refund. From that point we had no longer heard from you and assumed you preferred to wait. Mostly it was ok. But I only got half of the parts I ordered. A note was in the box saying some was on back order and would be shipped in few days. It has been Almost two months now……(edit)came home same day to find these parts in my mailbox so I changed review to 5 stars.
