Great service, Great job.
Creative IT repaired my equipment and it worked perfectly. They were professional and courteous. The whole experience was a good one. The cost was not as much as the initial quote and was very reasonable.

Absolutely First Class as always
I needed a refurbished laptop and I went to Creative IT like I always do. Found a great deal and they agreed to update the specs for very little extra cost. The product arrived in imaculate condition. Looks and works just like brand new.

Miracle workers!
I wast really struggling with my 10+ year old gaming laptop. She was definitely on her last legs. By chance I rang Evan and his team to see if there was any hope of saving the machine, I didn't believe there was as it'd had no work done on it since new. I was stunned when my laptop came back to me running like a dream with upgrades to the memory, changed out to an SSD drive, other improvements, so much so that my once critically ill pc returned to me performing like a young buck!
Couldn't be more delighted by creative ITs professionalism and genuine talent in breathing new life into what would otherwise end up as landfill.
I was kept informed with continual updates, pricing was clear, service was fantastic. All in all, I couldn't ask for a better service.
Thank you so much guys. Genuinely over the moon with my 'new' laptop!
