Ordered bona floor primer and top coat for a weekend project. On Wednesday. Nothing through the ordering or payment suggested the items were not in stock. To be sure we would get it we paid additional fee for next day delivery. Order confirmation came through no issues. By Thursday afternoon no delivery confirmation so I contacted them for them to say I should have rang them to make sure they had the items and pop up would have said this. They stated the items were now in stock and could post them to arrive Saturday morning. Saturday came and went. Post office failed to deliver them. Nothing Sunday either and items arrived Monday afternoon. I contacted them again via email and they haven’t even had the courtesy to apologise. no overnight charge reimbursement either. Poor customer service.

I needed a nosing cover from laminate to carpet and ordered their Ali Top Nose. It arrived quickly and very well packaged. I ordered the 'Antique' version and as per the photo on the website it doesn't really look like antique brass but more like pewter, which is exactly what I wanted as my stair rods are pewter. It's even a better match than expected. I emailed the company as well about my order and got a quick reply with the answer I was looking for. Excellent service and would definitely use again.

Ordered Osmo paint from them (via Amazon). It arrived with the paint tin damaged but the packaging undamaged. Clearly dropped before packing. I contacted them - with photos of both tin and packaging - and got an immediate reply, but was told they ‘defiantly’ didn’t drop tins before packing and sometimes the couriers dropped them but the packaging ‘bounced back’ - apparently it can do this without even leaving a scuff mark - who knew?
We won’t be using them again.

Ordered Osmo deck oil (grey) and the Osmo anti-slip top coat. Even during covid19 lockdown the service from Creative Wood was excellent, I expected to wait a little longer and my online enquiry was responded to quickly and satisfactorily. Neil was the person who contacted me and his service was excellent, following up to make sure that I'd had the confirmation of delivery. The products arrived within 14 days, well packaged and courier contacted me to give time slot. The product itself is high quality, I prepared my deck by throughly cleaning/reviving beforehand. You need to use sparingly to get the coverage - 1 2.5lt tin just about covered my 32m2 deck. This gave a "washed grey" finish which is what I wanted, if you want a solid finish I would recommend halving the published coverage when you calculate your quantity. The finish looks professional, I'm yet to apply the anti-slip top coat but expect that this will be same high quality. Expensive, but if I get 3 years or more out of it then it's cost effective against applying "does what it says on the tin" every year.
