So grateful, this was the easiest process I have ever gone through... thank you so much, during this health crisis I am working from home full-time with three kids at home, the person who helped me understood and did everything she could to make this a very easy process.

Creative Playthings was extremely helpful as we navigated the late winter and early spring weather conditions for our installation. We now have our swing set up and are enjoying the challenge of getting our child to come inside at the end of a full day of fun climbing, sliding and swinging.

Best thing we ever did, our kids are so happy!! Our neighbors ask us where we got it and we tell them creative playthings!

Very happy with final product but I thought the communication could have been a little better before the installation. I would have loved a call the day before with an update and also would have loved a call when we had to reschedule the measuring due to rain. Other than that, we love the swing set and the guys did a great and quick job setting up!

Installers, Mike and Jose, were great as were the staff at Walpole Woodworkers. My son loves the fort and slide and we were able to make the underside a sandbox so even better!

My husband and I purchased the Williamsburg 2 in October. Due to weather restrictions, it was finally installed at the beginning of December. The first time it was installed it was installed incorrectly (the ladder was on the back). We were also told that a part was missing and that the play set would be moved back a few feet at a later date when the part arrived. Come to find out, there was no part missing and the play set also could not be relocated where we originally wanted it. We contacted Creative Playthings and they sent an installer out to remedy the situation. After the play set was "fixed" we noticed that the slats on the back of the tower were not spaced evenly and there were holes left where previous installation errors had been made. We contacted Creative Playthings again and they offered to send an installer out for a third time. We said, "no, thank you" and asked them to send us replacement parts (which they kindly did) and told them we would fix it ourselves. As the weather has gotten nicer and we have been using the play set more, we've noticed missing or broken screws, extra holes, splintered wood (where our toddler would crawl and could easily get hurt), and broken stakes holding our expensive play set in the ground. While I want to love our brand new play set that we spent a few thousand dollars on, I am very disappointed. The installation unfortunately diminished the quality of this product. If you choose to get a play set from this company, research the installer first or save yourself the hassle and install it yourself.

I called this company and explained what I needed and they worked hard with me to get me exactly what I needed and it was to me in a few days. I am very pleased with the company and the service I received. I definitely will use this company again.

An awesome experience and such a tremendous upgrade to our backyard. My experience with everyone at the store as well as the contractors that installed it were great. The store manager, Ron even came out to the house with some designs to make sure everything was going to fit. We did not have a lot of room and wanted to utilize the area as best we can. Thank you

Expensive but great. Think the online price was cheaper than what I paid at the reseller by $1,000, but they made up for it with some free stuff and a discount.

At times it takes customer service some time to respond, but I've had nothing but positive interaction with the staff. I think they are not staffed appropriately and that's why it make take a while to receive a response. Their playsets are great quality. Glad I purchased it and we've gotten a lot of use out of it in the past 3 years.

Have not assembled the 3 swing sets yet due to winter weather. Wish the accessories were viewable to make better choices. Shipping delivery was good. Will follow up in spring once assembled!

Excellent customer service, sales people were very knowledgeable. Installation went smoothly and the installer did it in the cold winter months with some light snow on the ground. I thought he would have to reschedule I couldn’t believe it. He did the install quickly and carefully and was very courteous and left the yard spotless. My kids love this trampoline and I feel it is worth the cost to keep them safe and spending time outdoors. I highly recommend this product and purchasing it at Creative Playthings.

Great customer service throughout the process and very happy with the product.

No one was in the office when we drove over an hour to pickup our swing. Could not contact anyone and then had to drive another hour to another store to get it. Emailed the associate I spoke to and never even received an apology email after.
