It’s a scam. I was trying to pay off a debt they lied and misled me. They took $777 out of my bank account. I called them and emailed them several times for my money back, the next day. And three months later no refund or change to my credit report. SCAMMM

This company is nothing but liars, thieves and broken promises. I was pressured into signing up and paying the open fees that I couldn’t really afford but due to my situation I was told this was the only way to stop immediate interactions. I told her I did not want to continue with a subscription and I was only going to pay one time because I can’t afford the service. They promised I would not have to worry about additional payments. Then I was charged an additional $99 for the next month. When I called to have them refund it they told me it did not matter what the person before told me that they have a contract and my account does not qualify for refund. I requested the recorded call where I was told it would be one charge only be reviewed and was told it can be requested but due to the contract they are allowed to bill me because I didn’t call to cancel. I did not know I needed to call to cancel because I made it very clear at sign up that I did not want to continue past one month. They have done nothing that I couldn’t have done on my own and actually have done on my own over the last month, with better results. This is a scam company that prays on people who are in a bad situation. Do not give them your money. After filing my complaint with BBB I see there are many complaints stating the same thing. Buyer beware!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM

I was asking to settle a bill with a credit card, he told me he could bring it down to $378 and I could pay that today and it would be removed from my credit report. I told him I did not have that and he could set it up with a $29 payment and the $249 before April 17th.
After I read the contract…. That’s most definitely not what happened. Turns out that’s a set up fee; and not paying that bill off.
That was an hour ago, now I’m on hold trying to cancel this before they LIE and steal some more money from me.

NEVER USE THEM. THEY TOOK $978 THAT MY COLLECTIONS WOULD BE PAID OFF AND ITS NOT. ITS JUST TO SEND LETTERS TO DISPUTE WHATS ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT.ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY SAID NO BECAUSE THEY WORKED ON IT FOR 13 DAYS! WHAT A JOKE!
