Everyone saying that they take £19.99 out of they're account, if u read the small print when you accept terms and conditions, it states that there will be a 14 day trial and then a subscription of £19.99 a month.
Always read the small print before accepting terms and conditions.

Scam City - never use
I alongside 100's of others have been tricked by this dreadful company who obviously prey on people nervous and anxious about their credit rating, as I was. when I started the laughably titles customer journey it was not made clear that I was signed up for £19,99 every single Month - these borderline criminal scammers are the worst of the worst as they target, then fool the vulnerable - given the huge numbers of people who have fallen victim to their disgraceful ' business' ethics I'll be setting up a Victims of Credit Facebook page and be using the brilliant advertising algorithms to reach many people to warn them .

Absolute scammers
Absolute scammers. I intend to now contact Trading Standards and the Onbudsman after their refusal to refund my money. I’m pretty astute and at no time did I sign up to any “free trial” or to a subscription of any kind. I also find it very telling that when you login to their site there isn’t even a ‘Subscriptions’ tab! You actually have to email to find out what has gone on!
I received a reply that was clearly just a standard letter and it frustrates me that people like this get away with it. Should have zero stars in my opinion.

Help to correct my credit record error
I discovered an inaccuracy on my credit file, and the lady I spoke to at CreditPerfect was patient, knowledgeable and had a friendly and joky demeanour too.
All in all I felt that she put me st ease, during a potentially stressful time (eg. not being able to get credit for a purchase due to a silly oversight, made years ago! )
Definitely a positive experience 👍

Daylight Robbery!!
Really bad company BEWARE!!..I was looking for a loan it made out as though it had found a suitable deal for me if I signed up for this 14day scam that can be cancelled at anytime!..so I went through thinking I would get the loan!..On the otherside after signing up i still had to apply for the loan..so BEWARE as it's all smoke and mirrors!!.. I've cancelled my trial straight away and if anything comes out of my bank,I've put this in writing for a law suit,as it's daylight robbery!!
