Bought a sweatshirt in the sale . Excellent value - it’s a nice quality . Arrived within two days !

I Have recently purchased a item from a Crew Clothing store whilst on holiday, after getting home and taking the item from the packaging I noticed one of the items in the pack was damaged. I reached out to the Customer Services team and a very, very helpful person by the name of Clare responded. After a few conversations, including the reason I was not being able to return to the store as it was 250miles away, Clare arranged a full refund, which was greatly appreciated. if more Customer Services team had a 'Clare', then resolving shopping issues would be a whole lot better...Thank you Clare

This is the first time I have purchased from this company and I am very pleased with the fit and the quality of my purchases.

I’m so pleased with my order …a really soft red sparkly jumper at such a good price the other two items were also very good. I love the quality of the clothes and the sale is so good. It arrived very quickly.

While the T-shirt material is soft and pleasant to wear, the quality of the cut and sewing is comparable to Primark clothing – the seam twisted after washing. This happens when an employee, while entering a given garment into the computer and arranging the elements and various sizes on the material, specifies that the item should not be cut according to the straight thread, i.e., in accordance with the principles of proper tailoring. Then, instead of obtaining 20 T-shirts from a given pool of material, 23 will be cut. This represents a significant material saving, and therefore greater profit for the company, with lower costs. So it's worth it on sale, but not at the regular price.

Great quality, amazing shipping! However, only buy in a sale or it's very expensive.

The colour of the crew clothing cress on the cap is not like the colour on the picture from the website at all

2 T-shirts shrank on 1st wash. The shop in Wimborne were extremely unhelpful & questioned whether correct temperature & spin cycle had been adhered to. Never had any shirts from other shops that have shrunk like these. They measured my shirt against a new one & said there was no difference so couldn't do a refund ! Had to try old & new on to convince them of excess shrinkage. Only then did they agree to a refund. Really poor customer service & will not buy Crew Clothing items again. They need to brush up on consumer rights law & go on a customer care course - absolutely shocking.

I have never used this site before but found the firm friendly & efficient. Order arrived today within 2 days of ordering. Seem very good. Offered 15% off which did not happen so assume not on sale goods

Ordered an item and its now 16 days no delivery and a it has not been posted also waiting for a refund now on day 9 no communication from them

I ordered a matching bikini set, top and bottoms. The purchase went as normal, but a few days later, I got two emails; one saying that top wasn't actually in stock, apologies, and we'll refund you - and another saying that the bottoms were dispatched. I straight away sent an email saying that I wanted to cancel the bottoms too, since it was a set, and I didn't want one without the other. (It's a very distinct pattern.) But I didn't hear back for a couple of days, and by that time, it was apparently too late to cancel. Since I'm not actually in the country at the moment, I'm not there to return the item. Nothing was done about this - I was just told that I should perhaps not order things if I'm not around. I was also told that the reason I couldn't cancel went I wanted to was that they were busy switching from one system to another, which really shouldn't be my problem. You can't put your internal issues on your customers. A bit infuriating. I won't be ordering from Crew again.

GARMENT EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED AND DELIVERED QUICKLY. THE ONLY THING WAS NO EXACT SKIRT LENGTH IN DESCRIPTION WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFUL BUT FORTUNATELY WAS OK FOR ME.

Very good quality.In fact , I bought 2 pcs in the last week from your O2 mall outlet, @£10 each. Since white colour was not available there, I bought now after paying £15 for one.
Value for money.

Very poor customer service. They offer express delivery at an additional cost but won’t fulfil the whole order. Less than 24 hours after ordering they are no longer offering express deliver as they are moving warehouse. Called “customer service” who were less than helpful and wouldn’t offer any refund of the delivery charges that they are unable to fulfil. Delivery charges are just a way to make extra money off customers as they are unable to fulfil the delivery. Waste of money and time. I wouldn’t bother ordering if you want your items to actually be delivered.
