Fantastic service from staff who were polite, on-hand to help and very friendly. Excellent selection of equipment. So refreshing to by shoes and know in advance if they actually have the correct size in stock.

Atrocious packaging upon receipt. Box was found battered, mis-shaped and wrapped with brown tape to keep things together after opening black package.
Embarrassed handing it to my son on his birthday.

Lovely experience today trying to buy hockey equipment for my son and daughter. Leanne was fantastic at listening to these, trying out different equipment with the children, and really happy with the result.

I visited the store in person to purchase hockey kit for myself. I was served by Leanne who was friendy, welcoming and not pushy with sales, instead discussed my needs and went above and beyond sourcing what I needed from their extensive range. I will certainly be visiting again as I am very pleased with my purchases (hockey: stick/astros/shin liners/glove) , thank you for your help😊

Excellent customer service.
Order placed very late at night and was dispatched the next day. Delivery was made by DPD and unfortunately was delivered to the wrong address. Contacted Cricket Hockey via WhatsApp and they were on it straight away to locate my delivery, even messaging after what I imagined was after working hours. Jamie from Cricket Hockey called to update me on what they were doing to try and locate my parcel, with the possibility of sending it again. Luckily the parcel was located which I have now received. Cricket Hockey went above my expectations and the level of communication and care was excellent.

I ordered some hockey kit for next day delivery on Thu 24 Jul 25. The delivery agent failed to deliver and after several notifications of delays to delivery provided no further updates. So having struggled for several days to get any information from the delivery agent I contacted Cricket-Hockey directly on 30 Jul 25. I can only say that their customer service was excellent. They responded immediately, stated they would send a replacement by Royal Mail Tracked 24 and would follow up with the previous delivery agent. The replacement duly arrived as promised the next day. It is rare there days to find such responsive and personal customer service and so I will shop here in the future.

Our regular go-to shop for all of our cricket playing and coaching needs. Exceptional service which is second to none. A fantastic range of products at very competitive prices and extremely speedy delivery. I’d thoroughly recommend this excellent shop.

Wanted a GM Diamond bat for my son. They not only had the bats in stock at various weights and grades but when the bat at the grade and weight I wanted wasn't on display the very helpful lady let me use her phone to identify what bat I was interested in (I had no signal), popped upstairs and retrieved two: a 2lb7oz and a 2lb 8oz for comparrison to the others. No pressure on selling and by far the best price around. Used before and will definitely again. Also, very helpful for knocking in advice.

Cricket-Hockey, are my go-to for all my hockey needs. I would recommend following their website advice about going earlier in the day as it does get busy.
The staff are absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable, patient and will use their expert knowledge to ensure you get what is right for you. There is a small area you can actually try and have a feel of the sticks before you buy which for me was invaluable as hockey sticks are, like everything in life, very expensive so you want to make sure you get the right one for you.
I can’t recommend them highly enough so thank you everyone
