A lot of my plants died straight after and turned up not in a healthy condition. Everything was really small and I spent over £100. Don’t think I’ll bother again, I asked for a refund and I only got reimbursed for one plant which I was told ‘would be fine’ this also died not long after trying to revive it.

Ordered my begonia rooted cuttings Tuesday, they arrived by lunchtime Wednesday the following day, in perfect condition. They were potted up that afternoon and are thriving on the windowsill. Outstanding service, beautiful plants, thank you Crocus.

I have stopped ordering plants from crocus because all the plants lack vigour & quality.
Out of every three ordered only one may survive despite being well cared for by me.
A pity but have found a much more reliable company where i wont waste my money & be disappointed!

FIve lovely, well-established Rudbeckias received well packaged in a couple of days from order. Planted within two days and they're doing really well despite the heat.

I sent an email and also spoke with one of your staff about my plant delivery. My lavenders were yellow and I was missing a brunnera. I have not had a reply and feel very disappointed.

Do not buy plants from here!

The plants arrived and of the 4 I ordered: 1 was destroyed with fungus including the roots, 2 others had fungus and had to be completely clipped back and the last one had clearing been hacked to disguise fungus again.

The plants arrived with my heavy container order I the same box and as a consequence the plants alongside fungus had been badly squashed. It is absolutely disgusting to pay for items that are no means cheap that are all diseased.

Very satisfied with the duck that I bought as a birthday present for my wife. She loved it!

Ordered 3 plants online. Reasonable price for the plants I ordered. Arrived with in the time frame given. Plants arrived healthy just needed a good watering before planting. Would highly recommend buying plants from crocus.

My order from Crocus of two different clematis plants was delivered promptly. The plants were extremely well packaged and in excellent condition on arrival. They had good root systems, had healthy looking foliage and were in suitable deep pots for travel. I planted them out in my garden and they are both doing well. I shall not hesitate in ordering further plants from Crocus.

OK, it was very hot but the 3 plants arrived in a less than ideal condition. I am an experienced gardener. Maybe it was something I did but the not inexpensive ablution has given up the ghost. Not like previous experience with Crocus.
