Thank you for your feedback. Following our telephone conversation, I explained that the order acknowledgement issued at the time of ordering showed the expected due date of 29/09/2026 for these items. You advised that when ordering from other suppliers, orders cannot be placed if stock is unavailable. However, at Cromwell, customers can place orders for out-of-stock items, with the expected due date clearly displayed and confirmed on the order acknowledgement. We appreciate your comments and are pleased we were able to discuss and clarify the order status with you.

The tarpaulins were for curtains on the…
The tarpaulins were for curtains on the front of two log stores to keep out the rain. The sizes as shown on your website were not in fact available. One of them we were able to use the other was far too large. This was conveyed to a member of your customer service team and a replacement was supplied. This was exactly the same size as previously supplied. The size on the delivery note agreed with the size we ordered but the size of the tarpaulin and the leaflet within the packaging were much larger. All very frustrating.
Cromwell need to check that the products as advertised are in fact available.

10 days and the order has still not…
10 days and the order has still not turned up , DHL say they tried to deliver and took photograph 1/2 mile away from my workshop!! .Service has seriously gone downhill since closing local branch and dispensed with the little blue vans .Been with Cromwell for 30 years probably going to shut account there are others out there , Before making stupid decisions please think!
