Poor goods packing and worse customer service.
I ordered 4 filters for a welding helmet. 4 were delivered but one was broken because it had not been packed with suitable protection. I emailed customer service about it and, apart from the acknowledgement email, I never got a response. Terrible service.

Great product
We bought similar at the start of the heatwave from Screwfix & then couldn't get a second one anyone. I tried for a few weeks but with inflated prices. Yours is perfect, lovely in appearance, & a great price. Delivery very quick. So now ready for the next heatwave.
