I just wanted to say a big thank your company to your recovery driver Kevin he went above and beyond when my sister and her partner and 2 small children were involved in an accident on the M69 Slip road. I want to express my sincere gratitude for everything from his helpfulness, to being able to understand and work with my sister and her family as they all have special needs.

I’m not exaggerating!

These guys somehow pulled my car out of a forest track after a wrong turn in the dark. An absolute nightmare! Ground was saturated and still raining!

They had to chainsaw dead trees and all sorts. A stupid mistake (by me of course) and they saved me.

Mark was amazing, and reassuring, and such a good guy! I thought it might be impossible to get it out… but Mark’s words were “I have no doubt we’ll get it out, I’m not worried” words like that appease anxiety in an instant.

He also assured my that my mistake was just something that can happen, in the dark, in the wet and in the situation I was in, so I felt somewhat less of an idiot!
