Technically, the company is great with good, friendly Installers, coupled with well made products. Technical service is very good overall and those people involved in installation and maintenance seem eager to do things well, be on time and aim to provide the customer's satisfaction with the work carried out.

Administration appears a bit lax on occasion, particularly with respect to financial matters. Invoices are not supplied for interim and final stages to facilitate online payment, leaving customers to remember to pay relevant bills on time. Furthermore, customers don't receive payment confirmation when payments are made, which makes customers unaware that payments have gone through. Also, the company doesn't have online credit card payment facilities which means customers either need to visit the company's offices to make cc or cash payments, or pay online by bank transfer. That isn't very customer friendly in 2026.

All in all, a very nice company to do business with, nice staff and good products, but perhaps needs to upgrade its administration, financial and customer communication systems to meet 2026 customer expectations.

The Quality of the product the experience and quality of work of the fitters the understanding when speaking with anyone at crown and last but not least there rep who listened to all we required and offered excellent advice would 100 percent recommend this company

Had requested for thumb turn option instead of the key slot on the internal surface of the door, Ben has made a note and mentioned that we will be contacted regarding that - awaiting that

Very good installation of a quality product by an experienced fitter.

Each of the various trades worked tirelessly in achieving exactly what we wanted, and were willing to work around the small problems that cropped up. All planning and building control issues were dealt with by Crown, so that we had no worries that the work was being carried out correctly.

From start to finish everything was quick and easy. From the great service to the installation of a quality of the door everything was fantastic.

They responded quickly to my query, listened to what I wanted and were willing to discuss it at length, answered all my (many) questions, and kept in touch during the waiting for the work to be carried out. The work was done very quickly and efficiently, taking less time than I'd expected, by very pleasant workers who cleaned up scrupulously and explained everything that needed to be explained. I am very happy with the finished product, which is also good value.

We had Adam and Ben install our new windows in Sandy today. We are so pleased with the results, they look amazing. The guys worked quickly and with minimal disruption. They were so respectful of our home leaving it spotless and clean. Yes we would definitely recommend Crown Conservatories. Thank you very much 🙂

The quality of the door is excellent - and the staff are very friendly and professional.
